Waited two weeks for a shipping email to only have to email the dealership back. Magically, I never received a response from them but I got a shipped email with 24 hours. This clearly fell by the wayside. I got the box only to find no instructions but rather a paper telling me to go to a website and click through multiple steps to find the instructions there. Then only to find they weren't actually correct for the part I bought. So I had to wing it based off a similar product.

I was never aware I was buying the parts from a particular dealer(75 miles away) otherwise I would have ordered them from my local dealer. I was under the impression all along I was buying the parts from Infiniti corporate, and because I was over a certain dollar amount, I got free shipping to my door. Now being told I have to several hundred miles to get my parts. Unbelievable

The microSD card in my DCU unit got corrupted. I spoke to a parts manager and told him what happened and he told me the part number that I needed to order. I ordered that part number and they sent me an SD card of the navigation system. This is the incorrect card. I then contacted the parts manager to explain that they sent me the wrong part and he insisted that there is no such thing for the part that I need. I explained that I was holding the microSD card in my hand, and yet he still insisted that they did not have that part available. I asked how I can return the SD card that they sent me for a refund and he said that I needed to speak to the e-commerce department and that he could not help me directly. I tried contacting the e-commerce department, but they do not answer their phone and after leaving a message they have yet to call me back.
