Shipping was fast
This has been the worst experience overall when shopping online ANYWHERE. Poor customer service, I mean horrible they literally will take two weeks to respond to an email. They sent me the wrong part over two months ago and all I want is a refund and I can’t even get a simple response. When I ordered the part they emailed me saying I made a mistake and put in the wrong vin number but still sent me a part that was nothing like I described I wanted. I’m honestly tired of fighting them they can have the money they seem to need it more than I do.
Part worked great.
The parts were the correct ones for my vehicle and they were delivered expeditiously. Excellent customer service.

I went with getting the OEM part for a 2010 EX35 vs paying 1/2 price for non-OEM. Part worked brilliantly with no hassles. Had I gone the cheaper route, possibility existed that I would pay 2-3 hrs of laborr and have part not work and cost more.
So far, the worst experience. Charged full amount for a new part, but gave me a used , partly damaged part. Infiniti seems absolutely don’t care about own reputation. Lesson learned. Last infiniti in our life
Exactly what I needed oem part.
Communication was good overall, and the team responds to emails and follows up consistently. However, the process becomes very tedious, especially when the shipping and billing information are different. In my case, I used a family member’s payment method while all the shipping details were under my name, which was clearly provided during checkout. After processing the payment, they contacted me by email and required the cardholder to call in to confirm the order. Even after confirming everything, I was then told the part still needed to be ordered, despite the website showing it as “in stock” at the time of purchase. Additionally, the shipping time was quite slow, which added to the overall frustration. In summary, communication is not difficult, but the verification, ordering, and shipping process is unnecessarily repetitive and time-consuming.
