I ordered a set of front brake pads but immediately realized I needed the complete front and rear set instead. Within minutes, I ordered the correct full set and tried to cancel the first incorrect order. Unfortunately, their website provides absolutely no option for customers to cancel an order. I emailed customer service immediately to fix the mistake. They didn’t reply until a day later, claiming it was too late to cancel and that I would just have to return the package once it arrived. Now that the package is here, they are refusing to provide a prepaid return label and are demanding that I pay for the return shipping out of pocket. It is completely unfair to charge customers for returns when your own website lacks a basic cancellation button and your support team takes 24 hours to respond to an urgent email.

Picked overnight shipping because I needed the part ASAP. I waited so dang long that I eventually called the Infiniti dealership the part was coming from and the first guy said he didn’t know how the online part shipping worked. So then called again the next day and finally the person who answered knew and mentioned they let a bunch of warehouse people go and no one initiated the processing for my part. Thankfully he was able initiate the processing and then it still took almost two days for my part to ship. What a joke. The whole process took over a week which was super annoying. Would not recommend if you for some reason need an Infiniti part shipped overnight.

Bizarre that prices change based on location. I was uncharged for extra shipping after checking out which I wasnt happy about.

I paid for two door seals, the drivers door and the left passenger door . I received only one . Want to know will I get the other one ?Will I be charged two shipping fees?

Very disappointed with both the communication and customer service surrounding my order. I placed my order on August 23 and followed up on August 25 because there had been no update to the order status online. Customer service responded that the part was coming from out of state, was expected to arrive the next day, and that I would receive a shipping notification once it was received. After that, I heard absolutely nothing. By September 14—nearly three weeks after placing the order—I still had received no communication or shipping update, so I contacted customer service again. I also requested a refund of the $21 I paid for expedited shipping, since there was clearly nothing expedited about this order. Shortly after sending that email, I finally received a shipping notification, along with a refund of only $1. 96. I understand that parts can be delayed or may need to come from another location. What I don’t understand is the complete lack of communication for almost three weeks, especially after I was specifically told I would be notified once the part arrived. Charging $21 for expedited shipping under these circumstances and then refunding only $1. 96 when I raised the issue is also extremely disappointing. A simple update along the way and a reasonable resolution to the expedited shipping charge would have made a significant difference. Instead, I was left to repeatedly follow up on an order I had already paid extra to have expedited. This was handled very poorly.

The taillight came packaged well. I was also able to purchase this part shipping and all cheaper than my local Infiniti dealer was asking for the exact same part
