Yesterday good. But a couple of weeks ago I ordered front pads and received rear ones. Mechanic already had wheels off. Then yesterday I get a call that you were going to send rears again. I gave parts Dept. the exact part #’s and the VIN! Thank God your man called me. Let’s see, I hope it’s right this time

My parts were ready for me very fast, I picked them up and was in and out!

I ordered a carbon evap canister for my G25. They sent me a part that was similar but too long. Due to my need for the part I drilled hole thru the bottom of my spare wheel area to make it fit. I also ordered a boost sensor. I was told after I ordered it that it was on back order for they don’t know how long…. . then why offer the part as available. All in all a complete waste of time and techs really don’t like their time wasted.

I placed an order for my 2006 Infiniti M45 Base on 3-18-26. The order was for a replacement gear shift locking cap and I included my VIN # & part #34932EH10A. I was informed the delivery date to be around 3-24-26. I sent an E-mail to inquire on a new delivery date an did receive and update. I did receive my order on3-28-26. It was not the correct part. I sent another E-mail to inform them that I received the wrong part and to contact me on what to do next. I did expect to hear something on Monday 3-30-26 by E-mail or phone call. No reply at all. I decided to mail the part back and went to USPS and mailed the part back to Infiniti in EL Paso. Today is 4-1-26 and I have not been contacted yet. All I want is to get the correct part. Thank You.

All of the boxes that the coils were in were either opened or torn up. One box even had returned written on the box. I went ahead and used them hoping they were all good. The boots were in sealed boxes.
