Hello, I ordered sway bar link bolts (4) for the back of my 2011 Infinity QX56 with no movement in the parts for weeks. When I called the selected Infinity parts dealership in a Saturday they stated that there is no access until the weekday. I then called back during the week being told the delay was with Infinity online and not them. After many weeks and me calling they finally sent me the bolts. Unfortunately they sent the front ones not the rear ones. So in the end I still have a broken vehicle with no needed parts. Sorry for the bad review.

I ordered floor mats, a replacement piece and a cargo mat. 2 of the 3 were as expected. Floor mats were excellent, replacement piece was as expected....cargo mat/liner was a miss. The image of the cargo mat was misleading showed that it covered the full cargo area when 3rd row was down that was not the case. I had to return it.

This is a two part review. The first part was very favorable. I was able to order the part online and it was shipped to me. After a visit to my Mechanic, I realized I had bought the wrong gizmo and had to return the part to the dealership, which I did last Saturday at the Cool Springs of Infiniti in Franklin Tennessee. And then I got an email with the refunded portion. Somehow, I paid $27 for the part and the taxes and the shipping. My refund is only for $13 and change. So I’m guessing they probably charge me a restocking fee of like six dollars or something like that which I’m not gonna challenge, but it feels egregious and underhanded. I would love a call from somebody in management for an explanation and to straighten this out.

Fast shipping and as Described

I ordered a cargo area liner for my qx65 and received one labeled qx60. I sent it back and did not get credit for either way of shipping even though this was not my mistake but that the wrong item was shipped. I paid $20 initial shipping and $70 to ship it back with UPS. I saved the receipts The woman on the phone told me it was my own fault for not entering the VIN number. The part was advertised as fitting my vehicle and I had the qx65 listed. It appears wrong that a high value company like Infiniti would market the wrong part or ship the wrong part and not make the consumer whole. Especially when it was either a shipping mistake or a wrong listing in the catalog.

Got the parts. One was not correct. Returned with no problem. I'd shop here again. Thanks.

Wrong color sent

I ordered front + rear brake pads, 4 rotors, front and rear pad shims. All regular oem parts not Nissan/Infiniti Value Advantage. I order exclusively oem parts for direct fit installation. Unlike aftermarket that doesn't fit or makes you modify parts. Explain to me why I had to spend almost three hours modifying the rear brake shims to fit the rear brake pads! There were no holes punched out or cut out to clear these metal tangs on the pads like the originals!! The fronts were no problem!! Id attach pictures if I could. Completely unacceptable. Id have ordered janky aftermarket if I wanted to modify a part to fit.

Next day delivery for pickup at my local dealership at half the cost of ordering directly through the dealership! :)

The third row mat doesn’t really fit right. It’s shaped for the other model Qx 80s. Mine is a sport,and the center of the mat hits up on the center console of the second row
