I purchased all weather floor mats. The picture showed these mats in black. No color was provided in the listing/description so I thought they were as pictured. The floor mats arrived in a tan color. I had to make multiple requests to get a return initiated. I had to pay to ship the mats back myself for the return and I wasn’t refunded the full amount I paid for the mats. I paid $169 and my refund was for $145. 74. I Will not make any purchases here in the future. Wish they did better with their ad listings/descriptions/photos and customer service in general.

Way too expensive for this part especially considering melting heater clip is a widespread problem. The kit also did not come with parts to spice the six wires?

Limited to no descriptions on products. Misleading photos. Inflated shipping charges, especially when he client is expected to pay for returning a product that was not as shown on the website. I have now paid an inflated price for a product that came standard on my purchased vehicle. Also, I had reached out to the salesman to see if there were any discount codes for new buyers. I was told no, then AFTER ordering found an email with a discount code.

Additionally, FedEx has confirmed via email that they are unable to locate my package.
