Communication was very poor from the store. I had to call 3 weeks after my order was placed just to get an update. My item just happened to be "coming in the next day" after I called. It did arrive the next day and I received it about a month after ordering.

Conveninece Net for the Front Passenger Side doesn't fit my 2026 QX60 Autograph doesn't fit/work. I ordered through the website (website was inaccurate) and picked up at Infiniti Kearny Mesa but was told can not return anymore since it was a special order. Other item ordered were the rubber floor mats (perfect fit).
