I requested a refund the next day with the parts still in the box not touched and no-one has followed up yet, their message stated 2 business days to confirm and we way beyond that and still no answer.

I ordered factory high quality air filters and the sent me cheap value line aftermarket reboxed air filters ! Saturday guy was very understanding and said he. Would leave a note for internet guy to send out correct parts on Monday. But all I got was a a email for internet parts guy that I had to send the wrong filters back first before he would send out the parts that I ordered!! Totally unacceptable no customer service ! He should have sent me correct parts with a return label for wrong parts. It sucks I went to the effort to order the part I wanted and they sent me a part that they can make more money on ! Also internet. Guy never responded toa note I put in the return box asking for help with some hose clamps I needed . I would steer away from online orders from this dealership

Very good easy experience to order products on this site.

I found and ordered the part fine when I received the part the lady that wanted me to order it changed her mind and did not want it. I asked them a 3 time for a return table they said they would send it right away. I never got a return lable then a few days later I got a email that said I was responsible to send it back. I too to uses and it coasted me a 110$ to send it back not real happy with this service they lied to me several times about return lable I will never order from them again unless they do something to make it right with me.
