I ordered and paid for an oil drain plug using my correct home address. I still don’t understand why it was delivered to an unknown address and a different city. Instead of properly resolving the issue or offering an explanation, the case was simply closed with a refund and no apology. This was handled very poorly and unprofessionally. I would appreciate a clear explanation.
