Didn’t get any shipping information until I called a week later to find where the parts were

Ordered controller for 2009 g37. This part has a circuit board in it and they shipped the part with no packing material in the box. Just the part in a plastic bag in a cardboard box. The part doesn’t work.

I had my part sent to the dealership. Went to the dealership to pick the part up and they drop shipped it and did not let me know. The guy that helped me at the parts counter did go above and beyond on a off the wall question.

Ordered something that did not match the picture nor the description. The dealer refunded me because they said it was too cheap to get me the right part. Then I ordered the right part, and after a day, my order was randomly cancelled.

Didn’t take long to receive my parts and it fits perfectly

Looked online, found a "parts dept", requested quote on a gas cap for my make & model of my car, Got an email from the sales department and a phone call from the sales department. They said I needed to call the parts department directly. I don't want someone in sales to call me when all I wanted was a price on a replacement part that I can install myself. Finally got a $60 quote, found cheaper at a different infiniti deal in the dfw area for $40 plus shipping. Terrible service there, Infiniti of Plano

Very helpful part finding UI, and the dealership the parts shipped through was helpful as well.

The parts arrived in a timely manner, and my mechanic stated that he could tell the quality was good.

perfect replacement

I made the order at the 4th of the month. The order didn’t get processed and filled until the 20th of the month and only after I called and inquired about it. At that time, it was processed, filled, shipped and I received it two days later. This held up my customer since I could’ve received it sooner. Bad for business!!!
