The overall ease was great, however the floor mats were incorrect, despite me using the VIN number for the vehicle. I have a 2023, so I didn't think the floor mats should vary but these clearly are not compatible.

​I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the service level and handling of my recent order. ​Not only did shipment take significantly longer than expected, but the wrong item was delivered upon arrival. I ordered a front crankshaft seal, but received a thermostat gasket instead. Furthermore, despite calling on Monday evening and sending multiple follow-up emails, I have yet to receive any response or resolution. ​Because of this error and the lack of communication, I now have to purchase the correct part directly from a dealership at considerable extra time and expense to complete my repair. As an Infiniti customer, I expect a higher standard of accuracy, service, and communication. ​Please process a full refund for the incorrect item immediately, along with instructions for returning the part provided in error. Parts were fine. Paid for expedited shipping and parts were not received until several days late. Reached out to customer service to discuss, was asked if I needed to return, explained the paid service that was not received, then no further communication.

I had to call after a week due to the fact that my part hadn’t shipped.

Dissatisfied — Missing Brake Grease I purchased two pairs of brake pads from Infiniti, and neither set came with the expected packet of brake grease. This is a small but important item needed for proper installation. For the price of OEM brake pads, I expected the complete installation components to be included.
