I ordered all weather floor mats for my 2022 Q60 and drive 2 hours to pick them up from the dealership. The item was nothing at all like the item shown online. They were cheap rubber mats with none of the same design or colors as the ones shown online. Items should be updated if not available so people don’t waste their time and money. Drive all the way there and water my time to just receive a refund.

I just received my package and there was only an empty box! No part!

Your people charged my card twice for payment and never recieved that second payment that was taken out back. If yall would not taken a second payment out, yall would have recieved a five star review.

My 2015 Q70 has two engine filters. I was shipped only one. I thought I could count on Infiniti to guide me to the correct part and number of filters needed. A bit disappointed.
