I received my order one week later than promised. One item in the order (spark plugs) was on back order according to the parts person at the the dealership. I had to use google maps to figure out the dealership name than called them to find out what was the hold up because the phone number listed on the infiniti parts website was not accepting calls. For a moment I thought I was being scammed. In the end I got all the parts ordered and all is well. A working phone number on the website would be helpful.

Ordered a part was informed my vin showed it was a different part charged me more money and sent the part that was the wrong color. Then said well that is what the vin says. I had the correct part ordered all along. Can not get a home of anyone left messages to call me back to see how I can return a 200 dollar visor.
