I ordered a part that I needed two of as the car has two. The picture on the site has two, but one showed up. It's not worth a return with the $11 shipping I paid so now I'll just have to buy another, but will be doing so from another site.

Ordered a thermostat kit online that was advertised with same-day shipping. It did not ship as promised, and communication was vague and mostly automated. When the part finally arrived, it was poorly packaged and arrived damaged — the electrical connector was broken with exposed pins, making it completely unusable. Instead of issuing a proper refund, they only offered store credit, which is not acceptable for a damaged item. Overall, very disappointing experience. Misleading shipping claims, poor packaging, and refusal to provide a proper refund.

There was an issue with order ans I've been trying to reach the store to have issue corrected. I ordered the all weather logo mats and received the carpeted logo mats.
