Very very slow to receive most of my parts. Little communication from parts at all.

Everything was fine except during the ordering process it said it would give me an option to choose store pick up, but I had to do it several times before it offered me that option.

It was great and the price was great. I appreciate the discount off the online order. I would definitely order online again.

The projector beam lenses in our QX30 headlights failed, producing very strange/unsafe light patterns. So, I decided to get replacements. It was that or go shopping for a new car! Although they were very expensive, the Infinitusa parts website had a sizeable reduction in price which lessened the pain somewhat. The site made it easy to find the parts I needed and to confirm fitment via VIN number. My order was easily placed and I chose to pick them up at my local Infiniti dealer, saving some cash on shipping.

The technicians were unable to program the key fob. I will need to have a replacement

I have yet to receive my package. One is lost in the mail so we ordered another one and neither have arrived

Better descriptions of parts would be nice. Where "assembly" or "kit" is in the description, what is included in the assembly or kit? My fog lamp assembly was just the fog lamp itself, no bracket. My bumper cover kit was just the bumper cover itself, no bolts or clips.
