Customer service is extremely slow to respond. I returned a cargo mat that was misrepresented in picture on website. No refund for shipping and had to pay to ship back. Make sure you get the right product because you will lose all shipping costs.

Part came with box completely destroyed and taped back together by UPS. Surprising it wasn't packaged better for a part that cost $1600.

Parts were incorrectly described and pictured on the website. I have attempted to return the parts but found that 1, they are not covering the return shipping fee and 2, it has been 2 1/2 weeks and I still have not received the RMA permission.

Looked up my vin number and checked parts compatibility on the Infiniti website. Bought the parts I needed. They are not the correct parts. . . after taking apart my engine and having to put it back together, I had to go back to Infiniti to return the parts. Thankfully they allowed me to return them, but charged roughly 30% of the total purchase as restocking. . . FOR THE PARTS THEY TOLD ME TO GET. Wouldn't exchange for the correct parts either. 1 stars.

I ordered the wrong item and called their customer service for support, the agent was short and did not even want to try and assist. Ultimately ordering the wrong item was my fault. But the customer service received was not great considering i just purchased an $80k car.

I received the wrong part in the mail but took it to Infiniti Las Vegas and parts team at the dealership took great care of me. They ordered the correct part and made sure that when the new part arrived it was correct. Very helpful and courteous. I believe Miller was the one who was hands on during my customer service experience.

Very grateful to come across this solid option to order an OEM for lock actuator for my Infiniti which, based on my understanding, comes with a warranty. The regular price was*several* hundred dollars more. Packaged carefully and sent promptly. What more can you ask for?! Highly recommended and would use them again. Thank you!
