Very bad service, they canceled the item I needed and sent me an item I didn't need, and this happened twice, especially since I wrote several times to ask them not to do it like that! I think they didn't read the letters, this is very inattentive!!!

The part I ordered came as described and I haven't had a issue with it since it arrived

I ordered a part and didn't hear anything for over a week about the order being filled and shipped. i sent an email asking what was happening and never received a response. several days later I was notified that my part had shipped. Based on the description posted on the website, it should have taken less than than the 2 weeks it took to get my part. I'm not likely to order from this vendor again.
