The low rating is because there were no pictures on the website. I ordered the wrong part 2 months ago and still have not returned.

Visor arrived as described. Perfect fit and function.

I ordered the part on July 30th. Three weeks later I called to find out the status since when I checked “ here” on the confirmation email there was no update. Called in the afternoon the parts person had left for the day called the next day and was told we ordered the wrong part and the order was cancelled. Then i received an email with the correct part number and was told to reorder. I did and received the part immediately. If I had not called to check I. The order would I still be waiting?

I was glad to get my parts, but I received the parts a week later than the site said I would receive. I didn't receive a receipt in the box. Most of all, it's hard to contact anyone.

Ordered condenser and comoressor. Box was bent and damaged, parts inside was terrible bent and unusable because it's supposed to be straight. Tried calling the dealership who is the middleman no answer, left voicemail and never heard back from them.

It was easy peasy! Robert was great help!

Was never told that some one would need to sign for the order. It is creating a problem for me

Infiniti parts I ordered were perfect. However I find that all Infiniti OEM parts are at least double what I can but at other outlets. Also, service is way overpriced to the point of gouging. I love my 2012 Infiniti but the quality and costs are so over priced I will not buy another Infiniti Auto.

It started great because someone helped me order the proper part. When the part was delivered it was actually the side mirror for the wrong side of the car. The box is labeled correctly but the actual part is wrong. Now I can’t get a hold of anyone to do a return/replacement.
