Someone drove into our 2019 Honda CRV and crushed the driver side end cap while it was sitting in a parking lot. My insurance company told me that because the problem occurred in the parking lot, blame would be assigned 50-50, even though I wasn’t moving and was parked. As such, I decided not to file a claim with them and. Decided to look at going directly to an autobody shop and paying out-of-pocket rather than risking an increase to my premium and having to pay the deductible, which in my case is about $1000. I obtained 3 quotes from body shops which ranged from $1800-$2800 for the repair. On a whim, I decided to Google “painted replacement auto parts” and lucked into Partify. After having a good look at their website, I decided to go the DIY route and attempt the repair myself. For less than $300, I had the painted replacement CAPA version of the part delivered to my doorstep within 3 days. There were multiple videos available on YouTube which provided ample instruction on how to remove the damaged part and install the new one. It took me half an hour to replace the part and have everything put back together. If you’re the least bit handy, I would definitely recommend considering this route. Partify was great to work with. I spoke to a very polite member of their customer support team who cleared up a few questions I had about their parts and the overall process. I provided my VIN and paint code along with the specific part required and had it delivered within a few days. Clearly, great care had been taken during the packing process which needless to say would be crucial to ensure it is not damaged during the packing or shipping process. The installation was a breeze. Let me tell how nice it is to deal with locals who know what they are doing and have great customer service. Ordering my replacement bumper was a breeze thanks to their online website that takes the guess work out of everything. Have you VIN handy and choose which bumper you want. My experience with the team has never been anything other than amazing! The paint quality and fitment are awesome and cost effective than dealing with some of these body shops. I purchased my front bumper replacement in summer of 2022 and unfortunately had a paint defect where the paint started to flake off in certain spots. I called them and spoke with Blake who was kind and knowledgeable and instructed me to file a claim. Emily reached out to me shorty after with a confirmation of receiving my claim and that it would be sent for review. The next day withing 24hrs we had a resolution! I look forward to receiving my one time warranty replacement bumper and doing another review once it's fitted and installed. For now, take a look at how nice the 1st bumper looked after 2. 5 years of driving.

after 4-5 years with my car. . the bumper had some minor wear and i decided to just swap it for a newly painted one. used partify and picked up the bumper, no issues. looked great after install. after 1 year of having it on. . my paint is littered with hundreds of tiny pebble/rock paint chips. this never happened with my original bumper from normal driving wear. super disappointed. . almost embarrassed to drive with at this point. would not look to order again from partify.

The part delivered was exactly the correct part and the same as the pic listed online. Customer service was both on line and via phone as needed. The price was not the cheapest but a small bit more but the results were way beyond the extra $20. The part came packed in a plastic bag, wrapped in heavy duty bubble wrap in a solid cardboard box secured with copper staples … who does that anymore to ensure the part arrives pristine?. . these guys do , so I will be starting here first for my next set of parts guaranteed. I'm totally6 disappointed with the way, it was handled. I ordered and they got payment on 16th Sep-2025. They promised to deliver through Canpar by Oct 3rd, 2025 but regretfully, they delivered the item to Canpar (Another pathetic partner) by September, 29th 2025 who're supposed to deliver it on October 3rd, 2025 as per promise but now they denied thier negligence and expecting to deliver it by Monday. My Car is parked in Garage for 15 days, I regret ordered you guys, never in my life again.

Extremely happy with my replacement part. Sent them my paint code and VIN and the paint is an exact match. Delivery was fast with zero issues. Driver left it right where I asked them to. Couldn’t be happier.

Have a 2016 Equinox , both driver ans passenger front fenders were started to rust at the bottom , temporary fix only lasted 1. 5 years . . ordered the parts painted. Unfortunately Parify sent a totally wrong part (wrong make) for the passenger side . A couple of calls and emails to Partify and the right part was sent . Thank you for the quality parts and paint and the plus is taking care of your customers to make it right Doing the work myself saved me some substantial amount of money compared the the quotes I had from some repair shops

Ordered a bumper for my Accord, showed up as promised no scratches colour match is great. After installing I realized it was covered in over spray. I clay bared the entire bumper and waxed it and the problem was solved. Please remind your paint crew to cover the parts that are sprayed prior to spray any other parts in the spray booth? So, I ordered a wheel well liner replacement for my 2015 Pilot touring. The liner didn't fit, and material was flimsy. . I tried desperately to drill additional holes but, still wouldn't work. Partify was apologetic and understanding. They issues a full refund, no fuss. Thank you.
