My new bumper is awesome now to order mounts and replace bumper

Ordered a painted tailgate Website said it would be shipped in 4 days It’s been almost 2 weeks and still hasn’t shipped Called to complain person said they’ll get back to me to have the order expidited have heard anything in 4 days

Just bought a bumper from partify, which their website said fits my car. I realized before it shipped that it wasnt the right part. They literally told me the part hasn't shipped yet. So then they tell me they'll call me back with a solution. In the solution they changed that it has already shipped so they're keeping the money for shipping and the money for the paint. They have the correct bumper on the website, but instead of fixing the order. They kept my money for shipping and for the paint job. I expected to get dinged for the paint job, but not for the shipping since we both know it never left the warehouse. I didn't even get a tracking number yet, and of course the girl named Kat that I spoke with told me it hadn't left. Ouch partify, bad business!!!!!!!!

Ordered two fenders. Came in but the color was a bit off on the one, they refunded me for the paint. . . easy to work with. Great experience overall

I have been dealing with vendors for vehicle parts for over 20 years, I have to say hands down Partify stands behind their product 100% and has the best customer support department I have ever dealt with. I had received a damaged fender, I thought I was stuck with it, but Partify reviewed my pictures of the damaged in question and within 24 hours Partify advised me they were replacing the damaged fender, just as they said I received my replacement fender in perfect condition at no more cost to me. Partify is my first and only choice when I need painted replacement parts.

I had to order a replacement fender. The shipping was reasonably fast and the paint color is a perfect match. The fender came packaged so well it was unreal. Took me 10 minutes to get it out of the box but it was undamaged, making it completely worth the struggle.

I was a little unsure about ordering at first because it was my first time ordering from this company. I thought for sure that my bumper would take about two weeks to arrive and I was surprised to see it was delivered within the week that I ordered it. As I said before I was a little unsure at first but overall I am very happy with this company, the paint was spot on. I have a few pics, a couple of them are with the new front bumper installed on my car and a comparison between my old bumper and the new one. Thank you for your services!

I ordered a fender and it came with wrong paint. I called and they did research, sent samples and got me the right fender and color. Stand up guys / gals as they stand behind product. It took a little longer to get the right part but in my case that wasn't a problem. Would do business again without hesitation.
