I have mixed feelings about my experience with Partify. ca. On the positive side, the bumper I ordered arrived perfectly. The paint color was a tiny bit off, but given that it’s for a 9-year-old car, that is completely understandable and something I was perfectly okay with. The real issue came with the customer service, which started out great but went downhill quickly after the order was placed. I ran into an issue where their website's auto-suggest tool recommended the wrong additional parts for my vehicle. When I reached out, support acknowledged the website layout was confusing and initially told me they would send a return shipping label right away. Moments later, they backtracked, saying they don't cover return shipping costs even though the ordering error was caused by their own website's automated suggestions. I had to handle the UPS return entirely on my own, costing me $31 out of pocket. To make matters worse, I later discovered a printable UPS label option right in my account dashboard that was never mentioned to me by support, and my emails pointing this out went completely ignored. Communication only resumed once I provided proof that the package had been delivered back to their warehouse. While the core product delivery was fine, the lack of ownership over a website glitch and the sudden drop-off in helpful communication made the return process incredibly frustrating. I just wished the support had been a bit better and more proactive.

The part came as advertised. Matched my vehicle and fit perfectly! Will definitely order from you again!

This was our second time ordering a part from Partify London. We ordered a hood for our corolla. We were kept up to date on our order, even got an email saying it might be delayed because they were so busy, ( it wasn't, it was ready on time). Paint colour was a perfect match. We are very happy with the quality and service of this company.

I ordered 2 front painted fenders for my 2016 Equinox. When they arrived I installed them and was pleasantly surprised with the fit and finish. Very well packed too! Nice paint match for a10 year old vehicle. Highly recommended +++

Bought my front bumper for my Mitsubishi lancer es , took almost a month to get the bumper , had a 2 week delay because they didn’t inform me that the one they were going to send to me was damaged and was shipping the new one from the states to there warehouse first , I finally get the new one and it’s too big for my car

Over all the bumper is in good shape. . . but the paint is not good has i was expected. Fist of all its look like it didn't have an off paint its all "spot" Also they paint on probably dust because it have bump pretty much all over the bumper. And it also have scratches . . .

Had some trouble finding a light assembly and came across the Partify website. I must say that I am very impressed with the service I received with my purchase. I was kept up to date along the entire process and received my part ahead of schedule. I would highly recommend Partify.

two weeks at my door painted , NOPE, 4 now and I phoned today to find out it's painted but hasn't shipped yet PROBABLY , early next week so maybe 5 weeks? Asked an agent last week about about ordering a bumper and was told it was no longer available even though it could still be ordered online! Phoned today and talked to a different agent who said it's available and would be painted and shipped out in 10 days to two weeks, I'm going to wait to see how the mirror turns out but so far my experience with Partify has been very unprofessional

Arrived well packaged and matched my paint color great They communicated that they were very busy and the order was being attended to,but may be delayed which I really appreciate being contacted. This was my first order and I can say I am very satisfied Thank you.

I am beyond happy with my replacement tailight from Partify. The new one is definitely brighter, and better designed then the original. Part actually came a bit early which was a nice surprise! Will definitely order again should the need arise.

I was skeptical of ordering parts and having them painted. Let me tell you they did not disappoint. Product came in a timely manner, packaged very well. Corners protected very well and surface areas protected very well. Customer service was very helpful and went over and above to solve a slight issue I had.
