Overall, I had a good experience with Partify. The bumper arrived painted with the correct 8S paint code, but unfortunately there was a noticeable paint-color mismatch compared with my vehicle. I contacted their support team, and Frank handled the issue professionally and worked with me on a solution. The issue was resolved in less than one week, which I really appreciated. Communication and the resolution process were straightforward. Although the initial paint match could have been better, I’m satisfied with how everything was handled. I definitely recommend Partify and would gladly use them again in the future.

So after considering what direction I wanted to go ( used part, body work , etc) i reviewed Partify for a painted fender for my 2008 Nissan Sentra. The price for the part and painting was in the range of what I wanted to spend. Part arrived in about 10 days and I installed yesterday. The colour match was great given the age of the car. The fit was about 98% … acceptable for me given age of car. I have attached before, middle, and after photos. Thanks Partify.

Ordered my replacement tailgate for 07 tundra Was worried it be as strong as original. Same weight and strength, all holes and sizes lined up. Paint looks original, smooth and hard. Came well packaged. Great service

Bought a new driver side fender with the CAPA and paint code. Pretty much perfect match. Only thing that sucks is that they don’t do the 2 tone paint variants. Other than that I have no complaints.

I got my 2015 Passat TDI front bumper and grille being scratched by someone in parking lot. Shopping around, body shop quoted me $1200 to fix the bumper and I didn’t even ask for the price of grille. Here at partify, the bumper is $400 painted and grille $175. I received both parts in a few days and installed them myself. My car looks like new again and I am happy with quality of the paint and the parts, especially the grille is new and shiny which makes the logo of VW looks old. I was regretting I didn’t get a logo.

I purchased a front painted bumper from Partify for my car back in September 2023. The overall experience was good and the product was as ordered. It fit perfectly and the color match was good. In July of 2026 I noticed that the paint was peeling on the left corner of the bumper. I called Partify and spoke with Joseph in customer service. I explained my issue and he immediately said no problem we will be able to help you. I sent him photos of the peeled paint and he sent me an email within the hour and said it will be reviewed and that they would get back to me within 1-2 business days. To my surprise I received another email a short time later that same day indicating my claim was confirmed for the warranty replacement and that the order was placed. There was no cost and shipping was free. I received another follow up email saying that I would receive it around the 24th of July. This is the best customer service that I have ever received. It is nice to see that there are companies that back their product and follow up with hassel free pleasant customer service. Thanks Joseph

Ordered a tailgate to repair my Ram 1500 after the tailgate opened while driving and damaged it on the pole of the trailer I was towing. With in 2 weeks I had a painted and delivered replacement that fit perfectly. Colour match was perfect and I am fairly fussy about my vehicle looks. Price was very reasonable with delivery and paint. I have to admit I was very skeptical when first checking out the website. Hate to get burned with aftermarket parts. Partify delivered!! Fender came boxed, well supported and absolutely no scratches! Paint match was great. Matched hood perfectly and with a good buffing will match doors as well. I am a do-it-yourselfer and installation took about an hour , no powertools. Tape in pic is for the HEMI emblem. Highly recommend!!

I ordered a bumper from Partify Canada and it came in the incorrect colour. When I contacted customer service there was no hesitation to rectify the problem and send me a new bumper with the correct colour code. Joseph at Customer Service was awesome to deal with.
