I purchased a front painted bumper from Partify for my car back in September 2023. The overall experience was good and the product was as ordered. It fit perfectly and the color match was good. In July of 2026 I noticed that the paint was peeling on the left corner of the bumper. I called Partify and spoke with Joseph in customer service. I explained my issue and he immediately said no problem we will be able to help you. I sent him photos of the peeled paint and he sent me an email within the hour and said it will be reviewed and that they would get back to me within 1-2 business days. To my surprise I received another email a short time later that same day indicating my claim was confirmed for the warranty replacement and that the order was placed. There was no cost and shipping was free. I received another follow up email saying that I would receive it around the 24th of July. This is the best customer service that I have ever received. It is nice to see that there are companies that back their product and follow up with hassel free pleasant customer service. Thanks Joseph

Ordered a tailgate to repair my Ram 1500 after the tailgate opened while driving and damaged it on the pole of the trailer I was towing. With in 2 weeks I had a painted and delivered replacement that fit perfectly. Colour match was perfect and I am fairly fussy about my vehicle looks. Price was very reasonable with delivery and paint. I have to admit I was very skeptical when first checking out the website. Hate to get burned with aftermarket parts. Partify delivered!! Fender came boxed, well supported and absolutely no scratches! Paint match was great. Matched hood perfectly and with a good buffing will match doors as well. I am a do-it-yourselfer and installation took about an hour , no powertools. Tape in pic is for the HEMI emblem. Highly recommend!!

I ordered a bumper from Partify Canada and it came in the incorrect colour. When I contacted customer service there was no hesitation to rectify the problem and send me a new bumper with the correct colour code. Joseph at Customer Service was awesome to deal with. Highly recommend Partify Canada for car parts!

Paint was good, delivery was good but fitment left a lot to be desired. I know every part requires some fitting but the front drivers fender was better than the passenger side by a mile. Extensive bending and flexing to get it even somewhat close. They need better quality sheet metal in my opinion.

The bumper arrived in 6 days with a flawless paint job and perfect fit after working into place. I was completely blown away that the paint matched my 32 year old original paint on my chrome yellow Mustang GT. That is a very difficult color to match I’ve been told by paint shops. I have mixed feelings about my experience with Partify. ca. On the positive side, the bumper I ordered arrived perfectly. The paint color was a tiny bit off, but given that it’s for a 9-year-old car, that is completely understandable and something I was perfectly okay with. The real issue came with the customer service, which started out great but went downhill quickly after the order was placed. I ran into an issue where their website's auto-suggest tool recommended the wrong additional parts for my vehicle. When I reached out, support acknowledged the website layout was confusing and initially told me they would send a return shipping label right away. Moments later, they backtracked, saying they don't cover return shipping costs even though the ordering error was caused by their own website's automated suggestions. I had to handle the UPS return entirely on my own, costing me $31 out of pocket. To make matters worse, I later discovered a printable UPS label option right in my account dashboard that was never mentioned to me by support, and my emails pointing this out went completely ignored. Communication only resumed once I provided proof that the package had been delivered back to their warehouse. While the core product delivery was fine, the lack of ownership over a website glitch and the sudden drop-off in helpful communication made the return process incredibly frustrating. I just wished the support had been a bit better and more proactive.
