Great customer service and beautiful dresses :)

Shipping was fast. The dress came in a very thin plastic bag. I have been wanting to buy from park and fifth but the return policy made me not to until now. I wish the return policy was better since I don’t have a park and fifth store nearby. The store should give clients more options to return (get your money back if the dress doesn’t fit) or give clients don’t have a store nearby options to try on a few dresses and send back those that don’t fit. Something like that would be nice. The dress I got was very beautiful but it was see through.

Needed a last-minute wedding guest dress at 37 weeks pregnant and this dress could not have been more perfect! The colour and fit is so flattering! At this stage of pregnancy, it’s hard not to feel insecure but I felt so beautiful and confident all night!

The dress w print was only on one side. The inside was white so you could see around the neckline and the sleeves. It looked very cheap. You pay for deliver you pay to return. Highly recommend looking elsewhere. For a high end brand this was trash.

Wore this to a wedding and absolutely loved it. I’m 5’8” and 130lbs and the small fit me perfectly (wasn’t tight). There’s a bit of boning which is nice but doesn’t extend to the lower belly. The fabric is thin so I got a liner skirt to wear underneath (noticed you can see my bum and legs if there was light shining behind me when I tried it on).

Fantastic experience shopping with P&F! Customer service was fantastic. I used express shipping, and my package came right away. The quality of the dresses was really impressive.

It was quick to deliver and I loved the product but for a dress that I spent over $200 on, I do think Park & Fifth should provide free shipping.

The dress arrived with a ripped seam and unfortunately, had to return. Not the quality I would expect for the price.

This was my first purchase with Park & Fifth. It will be my last. 2 Stars for the item; zero for the company and the customer response. Was so excited to receive this dress, as the pattern is absolutely gorgeous, and the shape, in concept, is feminine and unique. That is, unfortunately, where the upsides end, as the downsides far outweigh them. First, as several other reviewers have noted, and which I wish I had believed and listened to before buying, because I had to pay $25 to return it (!) -- while this item is listed as "lined" and "semi-sheer" that is simply not accurate. It is 'lined' with the same fabric (simply turned inside out) as the outer fabric. Which is fully see-through. The effect, then, is not "semi sheer", but fully see-through. As in, you could see very clearly my legs and crotch and nipples. Because of the plunge in front and back, and low waist, it seems near impossible to find an undergarment or slip to solve this dilemma. The see-through aspect ruins the dress. I cannot fathom paying the full price listed for something that is Forever21 quality. Second, again as others have noted, the surged edges of the lining are incredibly thick -- over an inch and half wide. When I brought this up with customer service, they told me this is industry standard. I work in the industry -- it is not. Why does this matter? Because it creates a puckering and a rippling bulge, all along the hip line, which completely ruins the dress. It does not lay flat precisely at the place where you most want it to. Customer service told me that steaming it would fix the issue. It did not. I reached out to customer service about this, as well as about the sheerness being not semi-sheer, but see-through -- and I was told that "sheerness is subjective to each customer". Perhaps sheerness is subjective, but being SEE THROUGH is not subjective. I asked customer service that the return fee be waived, in understanding that the dress in reality is not how it is described. I was...
