Everything was smooth

Dress was incredibly tight in the bust, other than that the dress was fine. Their exchange process is extremely difficult and costs more money, which would be justifiable if the dress was a reasonable price, but I would expect better from a company charging $350 (after tax and shipping) for a dress. The quality of the dress is worse than I would’ve anticipated for this price point.

They were able to fulfill my rush order in less than 2 weeks.

Fast shipping times (I live in SK, Canada), and a very quick and easy return process! I ordered 4 dresses total and returned three - my refunds were prompt and accurate. I do recommend reading reviews before ordering dresses as sizing is a bit off depending on the dress you order. But overall great experience!

The fact that there's no petite option for a 300 dollar dress that takes 6 weeks to arrive is sad. I ordered an S knowing full well I would have to get it hemmed. (I'm 5'3, a pretty standard height). Wouldn't having a petite option save you a bunch of fabric and your clients a bunch of hassle? It's extremely inconvenient that it takes over a month to arrive (by this time I had moved) and it makes it really hard to deal with returns (the return window should be at least as long as it took to arrive if not 90 days)

This company takes over 2 weeks to ship and to process returns. I have tired several dress and none of them fit. Now I am stuck with a gift care ill never use and these dress are not for curvy figures!

I purchased my dress in store a few days before the Easter sale and was given a price adjustment which was great. I would have appreciated being told that the sale was coming so I could have just waited and ordered. I ordered my dress in April and was told it would arrive at the end of June. When I had not received a shipping notification, I contacted P&F and found out that my order was forgotten about so they overnighted the dress to me, Overall, would still recommend and use again.

Its a beautiful dress IF you get the correct size! It fits much smaller than others and it is not forgiving for the wide rib cage or well-endowed gals due to the non-stretchy fabric. I generally wear an XS or S for all other park and fifth dresses I own, but I had to exchange it for a M. Recommend trying on in store as opposed to online :)

Excellent, helpful and knowledgable staff

I have tried various bridesmaid dresses companies, Azazie and Birdie grey, and Park and Fifth waa not worth the extra $100. The quality was similar to other brands and I found the fit poor and material basic. For a $300 dress I would except more. For reference I buy medium in all dresses and am 5 8", however I found the middle of this tight and the top ridiculously large that you would need to be altered to fit, there was extra fabric that flared out, causing me to get attachment behind the neck altered. Further, the seam was frayed and the material did not flow well showing 'runching' along the sides. It was a beautiful dress to look at but may only be suited to a specific body type. For the price I would expect better.
