Would not recommend buying online - best to go in person to figure out what dress to purchase.

I visited Park & Fifth as a walk in without an appointment. There was a good selection of dresses available on the floor, with most samples going up to an XL and some styles available in XXL. If you’re true plus size, I’d recommend booking an appointment rather than doing a walk-in to ensure access to a wider range of options and sizes. Overall, the staff were friendly and very helpful, and the store offered a great variety of styles. There were plenty of options suitable for bridesmaids, prom, wedding guests, and gala events, making it a great stop for formalwear shopping.

Not thrilled with the person who was helping us. Store is nice and open though.

Shipping was reasonably fast and I will be returning the dress no issue.

Poor quality. One of the seam lines is already open. It’s also extremely long so will require I go get it tailored as well as taken in… given my height, I’ve never had to get a dress altered shorter… in my whole life.

I had two opposite experiences visiting the store. The first experience wasn't good. There was one girl helping 6 of us. She told us to look around ourselves but it was really confusing because we ended up trying on dresses that didn't even come in the colour we wanted. We wasted a lot of time. Also, she kept removing dresses from my change room without asking (that I was keeping there as a "maybe") so I couldn't even remember what I already tried on. All that time was wasted. The 50 minute appointment was over quickly and we all live far from the store. We left that appointment feeling stressed and disappointed. We had to make another appointment to come during the week and we had a much better experience. The new girl took down the names of the dresses we liked, our size and brought them right to our changeroom. We all picked one quickly! It was much better.

Great service during the dress fitting and order and fast delivery

I wanted to love this dress so much but the construction and fabric are abysmal. This is made of two layers of thin chiffon, no lining fabric at all. I don't understand how, but the way the dress was sewn togehter is such shoddy work that the seams don't lay flat on the side of the body and actually add volume to my hips in a very strange way. I'm so disappointed, it looks like it would be perfect, and I love the neckline and the back but the construction is so poor, I regret wasting my money on this dress. I also didn't receive an email asking for my feedback until a month after i received the dress.

It was very easy to purchase the dress online and it shipped quickly.

Overall good, I bought a dress on sale so I am unable to return the dress and will have to get it altered to fit me (the next size down was way too small).
