Very disappointed. Ordered the dress plus sleeves for my civil wedding. Looked cheap. Felt like something I could have gotten at a fast fashion store. Wouldn’t recommend. Did not make me feel or look special. Fit was good.

Gorgeous dress but show showed every single mark even a water drop. Had people commenting at the wedding I was at how dirty it looked. Asked for an exchange as I loved the dress, but thought maybe it was just the one dress, was denied. Crazy for a $300 dress.

With tax and shipping I paid $340 for this dress. I’m 5’8” and when I tried it on I put on 3 inch heels. The dress was way too long!! You’d have to be at least 6 feet for this dress to be the right length. I had to have it hemmed and that was another $65. Overall the navy blue was a beautiful colour and the fit in the body was quite nice. I’m a 36 DD so it was nice to have the stretch in the chest.

Frustrating return fees as you try to find the correct sizing for an already very expensive dress. Delayed returns too

great customer service. When I went to check my return date, it said the final date (for gift card only) - it would be nice if the returns site displayed both dates (14 days for money-back, 21 for gift card only)

The dress is gorgeous though there were two big issues that forced me to return. A) I found the size chart to be very off and the dresses I ordered (in a size medium and large to be safe) were far too big. I’m 5’7, 36DD and typically size 6/8 and ultimately wish I ordered a size small. B) The dress is sheer. It’s not completely sheer, though I’d only feel comfortable wearing it with a slip underneath.

Why does the size chart only go up to XL if you carry larger sizes? Yes, there is a larger size chart but it is not easily linked to and it took me 10 minutes to find it on a different page. Way to normalize diversity of body sizes and make folks who have larger bodies feel like they're respected.

I bought this for a June wedding with a garden party/"Easter best" theme, and it exceeded my expectations! Although the fabric is poly, it feels very luxurious. The pattern is gorgeous, I feel like I'm wearing a Monet painting! You tie the halter neck yourself, so you can adjust it higher or lower for more or less cleavage, and a higher or lower back. I was able to wear a low back, low cut halter neck skin color bra with it and it was invisible under the dress. I'm 5'7", 125lbs and got a size Small, and it fit perfectly and the hem falls just above my ankles like in the model's photos. I'm so happy I bought this and will be wearing it as often as I have the occasion to!

SHEIN quality dress for a high price tag.

This dress comes across as thick satin but it is textured and thin. When thinking of similar quality it reminds me of a $10 dress from shein. The quality does not match the price tag.

Great customer service The dresses are beautiful, gorgeous colour with great quality however they are all extremely long so need to be tailored unless you are 5’10/6’ It would be good to have sizes for petite/standard/tall
