As pretty as this dress is the sizing is off. When I measured myself I was more along the XXL measurements when I normally wear a L/XL depending on the brand. When I received it the top was looser than expected but the waste line is more snug than it should be. I have not gained weight. I’ve lost some so I was disappointed.

I had an amazing experience with Park & Fifth Co as I visited the store and bought my dress. I would go there again for my future purchases!!

The team was great, when I needed an exchange due to a mark on the dress they were speedy and arranged for a replacement immediately and free of charge. Our visit to the shop was great as well, our sales associate was friendly and did not provide pressure but let us know about a discount that was available for a limited time.

Great store, has a great experience choosing my dress. I knew what I wanted, so I tried the one I saw online and other similar ones just to confirm. The dress was delivered before the date. Great to have a store like Park and Fifth in Vancouver.

Size guide and actual size have discrepancies. But it shipped and arrived quickly.

Overall, I had a great experience with Park & Fifth. The only downside was waiting about 7 days for shipping confirmation, which was a bit stressful. However, customer support was super helpful and friendly, and they made everything right. I’d definitely order again!

Waiting for a response for an exchange

The dress is beautiful and nice fabric, however, considering I am so short, the boning in the bodice went too far down on my hourglass figure. It’s really pretty and flattering on the hanger, it would’ve 100% been a winner had I had a few more inches in my torso.

The dress itself is beautiful. Wasn’t happy about the shipping and packaging. No garment bag, and not packaged in a box to protect it. For such an expensive item, I’d expect it arriving appropriately protected.

This dress fits like a glove! Im a 36DD and it was a little snug in the bust, but still wearable. I carry most of my weight in the stomach/hip area and this dress has lots of room! I was disappointment that the dress came in a plastic bag without a garment bag included. For the price of the dress I expected a garment bag as I have purchased less expensive dresses from other companies and received a garment bag. If it weren’t for that I would give 5 stars. Shipping took two weeks longer than it should have. I received a message saying it had shipped then no other communication about the delay.

Great i was able to send back my dress and get a refund and have a new dress on the way . I don't think I should of had to pay to have it exchanged since I already paid but it was an easy process and wasn't extreme

Shipping was fantastic! There was a small hiccup with a return and customer service got it sorted out in a very short amount of time and were very pleasant! Will definitely order more event dresses from here in the future!
