I had a good experience with the order. I ordered the dress in the wrong size and then returned it for the right size. The address on the order was the wrong address or missing a part of it and when I wrote to customer service the person told me they were surprised the dress even made it to me and blamed me for putting an incorrect address. This was not done on purpose nor am I sure it was my mistake. I thought the email/ comment was rude along with comments about not being able to return things if there’s issues with an item when I hadn’t even had any issues with an item. I just found that conflicting style of relations with a customer strange

Wish you offered refunds for online orders instead of just store credits

Zipper has completely broke as I tried the dress on. This is my usual size and fits well but the zipper got stuck and now won’t move.

True to size, elegant and sleek, petite friendly (5 ft). The strapless top part of the dress would slide down, which tends to happen for me, I’m a size A cup. I had the waist tailored by cinching it in and it fit amazing on my wedding day!
