Poor customer service experience

The dress has a nice silhouette but for the price I think the fabric could have been better. The dress runs small, so I needed to size up from my usual medium to large. The length of the dress is really long. I’m 5’5” and wearing 2inch heels and I still needed to take 3-4 inches off the hem, which cost another ~$100. Shipping is unreliable unless you get the expedited shipping, and customer service was unable to help. The store says they have nothing to do with online sales so plan for this if you need to order your dress online. I hope to never have to shop here again.

Customer service was really helpful in reserving the last dress in size S in stock for me while I was waiting for the store to contact me about shipping and ordering through them.

The dress arrived quickly and on time, and what the Pat pattern is beautiful and I got lots of compliments on it, I found the dress to be smaller than usual.

Very disappointed with regards to my bridesmaid's dresses. The first one arrived with at least two grease-looking stains. The second arrived with the boning in the bodice all messed up. And the third one arrived with a stain on the bodice. When notified about the first dress they immediately ordered a new one that was able to arrive on time, but this one was too long, whereas the first one fit almost perfectly. When we notified them of the second dress we received no response for almost a full week making it even later do do anything about it. My bridesmaid has had to take it to a seamstress to fix. The third dress for my Matron of Honour also arrived with a stain on the bodice. The shop does not provide washrooms for their guests/clients which as a women's dress shop, in my opinion is unaccaptable. Overall, the outcome of this experience has been as previously mentioned, very disappointing.

Shipping & customer service were great. Dress quality was fantastic. Virtual fitting was very convenient, but unfortunately this is where teh star comes off: got advised to buy a dress that was at least a full size too large for me, and I had to get it altered in a hurry.

Our in-store experience was not great. The associate working with our group told us to find the styles we liked online and then go select them ourselves to try on. She was not very helpful, and many of the dresses are not available to try on in a wide array of colour.

Service from park & fifth is great, unfortunately I'm not a big fan of the dress I got.

Took a minute to get an associate that actually wanted to help take the time to pull and find the right dresses. It felt like you had to do it on your own, but once we did find someone to participate in the shopping experience, it made it so much better!
