I ordered a really pretty dress and it came sooner than expected. I’m disappointed with the cost of the dress given that it wasn’t made that well. The side seams stuck out causing the dress to not sit smoothly on the hips. Just sew it inwards and this would have been solved. Or at least reduce the price given this error

Shipping for this dress was extremely slow, taking the entire expected arrival time (despite management telling us it would arrive sooner) plus additional weeks!!! Park & Fifth did what they could to prioritize but extremely frustrating when it almost did not come in time for the wedding

I went to a pop-up event to try on the dresses before making my purchase. The first dress I received in a size Small was too tight around the bust. The exchange process was smooth, and customer service even offered to cover the exchange shipping costs. I then received the dress in a Medium, and the fit is perfect. However, the seams near the zipper are coming apart, so I’m quite disappointed with my purchase. I’ll have to take the dress to a tailor to have it repaired because the zipper doesn’t open all the way due to the damaged stitching. I’ve attached photos below for your reference.

In store they told me to purchase multiple sizes online but I had gone in store to try them on to avoid that. The online store has completely different sizes than in-store and they acknowledged that

After trying on countless dresses, I finally ordered this one and I absolutely love it! Super elegant and chic. I'm 5,5 and had to get the length hemmed.

Very difficult to reach a staff member via telephone to discuss my needs prior to driving 3 hours to visit the Toronto studio. I wanted to try the Belgrave dress but was told I could not unless I booked an appointment which was quite disappointing as this was the dress I wanted for my daughter's wedding. The electronic booking system would not allow my to book an appointment so was quite stuck.

Poor quality high price

Ordered this dress twice both times the boning was stabbing me. Poor quality. Costumer services was only going to offer me 20% discount to keep the dress and fix it at a seamstress but I asked for 50% and they honoured it. Still disappointed in price and quality I’ve ordered from other sites for 1/2 the price and gotten much nicer dresses.
