Great in store service but 2 very poor quality dresses were received for my daughters who were bridesmaids. The dresses were literally coming apart at the seams before the ceremony even began. Disappointing, frustrating and absolutely unacceptable.

Dress zipper fully broke halfway through its first wear, was unfixable and very dissapointing as part of the wedding party. I won't be purchasing here again, I expected higher quality with this price range.

Very disappointed in this dress. It's gaping in some areas and too tight in others. The waist is tight and unforgiving while the back of the dress has weird gaping throughout. Had to get a new zipper put in in hopes of remedying the problem. Additionally, the fabric is extremely thin which makes it unflattering in general. Also runs small. Overall, was not expecting to spend $200 in alterations after spending almost $300 dollars on the dress itself.

Service could have been better. Didn’t quite feel welcomed in the store as they focused on the people buying wedding dresses which I understand but we were a bit disappointed to receive that type of service in a bridal store.

They messed up my order three times. I ended up having to get a different dress that I didn’t want because they were “out of stock” until after the wedding date.

I tried this dress on in-store and instantly fell in love. The fabric feels incredible, and the design strikes the perfect balance between romantic and genuinely unique. The silhouette was stunning—super fitted and flattering through the bodice with a gorgeous, flowing skirt, and I loved being able to wear the sleeves off-the-shoulder for that extra versatile touch. Best of all, I stayed completely comfortable wearing it all day for our engagement. I couldn't have chosen a better piece for such a special occasion!

I had to buy this dress for a wedding, and after reading the reviews, I really wish I had taken them more seriously and kept looking. The sizing is incredibly off. I ordered an XXS and still had to have several inches taken off the bottom. And don’t even get me started on the top. The fit was terrible and needed a ton of work. I had to have fabric taken in around the shoulders and back just to make it fit properly. The alterations alone cost me close to $150. On top of all of that, the quality is some of the worst I’ve seen, especially for the price. You might as well order a dress from Lulu’s or SHEIN. Absolutely do not spend close to $300 plus $15 shipping on this dress. It is nowhere near worth the price.

The perfect dress! Wore as MOH for a wedding where the assignment was green floral. It fit perfectly for me at 5’1, but may be a bit short for taller girls.

The level of quality exceeded my expectations and the attention to detail is incredible. It fits like a glove, is comfortable and truly stunning. Cant wait to walk down the aisle in it at my sisters wedding, and tear up the dance floor! Thank you!!!

Disappointing and sad the dress did not work out. The sizing was very off and the customer service was not helpful or willing to do anything. Clarity on returns should be highlighted for each item on the item page, not the receipt.
