I had a really disappointing experience with this purchase. The dress I tried on in-store fit perfectly, but the one that was shipped to me was completely different—baggy in the hips and so tight in the bust that I couldn’t even zip it up. What’s more frustrating is that the sales associate had mentioned they were having manufacturing issues with this particular dress and that sizing might be inconsistent. I asked if it was possible to have one made true to size, but was told that wasn’t an option. Now I’m stuck having to return and reorder, with no guarantee that the next one will fit any better. For the price and expectation, this lack of consistency is really disappointing.

I wasn't a fan of the store-credit only mandate, especially considering I only wanted to try another size on to confirm fit. I already had a store credit sitting for 2 years that I wanted to use (hence why I purchased the Aria dress). Even if the Aria dress fit poorly, I couldn't try another size because that would put me back in square 1 (i. e. having to buy 2 dresses, and receiving no refund and only another store credit).

Returns and exchanges went fine. Which is good cause the sizing is so whack you’ll need it.

The dresses are very odd sizing, I never have issues with sizing but nothing here fits normally in any way, it’s all way too long by 10 plus inches, reaally tight in the bust and loose in the hips, and impossible to take off because there are no zippers. Very dysfunctional for the price, it would ruin your hair and makeup trying to put on and take off. And returns are way too difficult with an impossibly short return window and you pay the cost of shipping, so now I’m stuck with a second dress from here that I don’t like and I have to pay to add a zipper at a seamstress.

I have purchased many bridesmaid dresses from Park and Fifth and never had a problem with the quality of the dresses. However, this particular dress looked like it came from SHEIN, which is insulting for the price of it. The colour, texture and ruching placement is no where near what it looks like on the model and it is clearly edited. I am seriously disappointed that Park and Fifth is trying to sell something such poor quality and misleading.

Shipping took forever and I am still waiting on a refund after 11 business days. The $25 restocking fee is insane for an off the rack product of such low quality.

Dress is perfect!

The online ordering was easy enough. The only frustrating thing is that I went into the Toronto store and it was impossible to get an appointment. So we tried on the dresses that walk-ins have access to. This was frustrating because apparently the sizing is different from the bridesmaids dresses vs the wedding guest dresses and we only had acceess to the wedding guest dresses as a walk-in. Anyways, the worker there recommended I go up in size because of this inconsistent sizing difference and so I did. It ended up being too big and I had to reorder a smaller size and pay the return fee. If I could have just tried on the dress in store, I would have saved the time and money spent on trying to find the right size.

Completely inflexible. I wouldn't shop here unless I have to. They don't even let you use the washroom even when you make a purchase. The washroom is shared for the building so it's not like they're limited on washroom space. They also didn't have samples in some of the styles available to order, which was very frustrating.
