Great service by your staff during the fitting

I had very high hopes for this dress, as the brand has amazing marketing and such beautiful designs. Though the physical material and pattern of the dress are gorgeous and well structured, I was severely disappointed when I unpackaged the dress to find a broken zipper. I took it to my local seamstress to have this looked at, when they noticed a large rip below the zipper. Being my event was coming up, I had went ahead with alterations and fixing the zipper because the timeline to have another dress shipped would not have made it in time. Park and Fifth was prompt to respond to my email, offering a discount for the inconvenience in their product, but the discount offered didn't make up for the cost of the fix itself. If it wasn't for this issue, I would happily give the company and dress 5 stars. Between the cut of the dress, the material, and the design, heads were turning! (I purchased the Empire Dress)

The size was different so I was disappointed

Makes no sense to only be able to try on the bridesmaids collections in store and with an appointment. I found the exact same dresses in their downstairs collection. I understand it’s an experience but the dress is really not much for having to trek to Leslieville. Our sales person was not very helpful and it seemed like she wanted us to leave as soon as possible.

Dress was lovely, however the shipping option at checkout indicates it is shipped by Purolator but it ended up shipping with Uni Uni. As this may have affected the shipping method I chose, I would appreciate if there was clearer communication on this for future customers.

Some hiccups with appointment time. Lost our appointment upstairs so ended up trying on showroom dresses. When we ordered the dresses 3/5 of the bridesmaids had to return. We believe this was due to the showroom dresses being stretched out and new dresses as a result were too small. Something to note if you are trying showroom dresses on. Staff was somewhat accommodating but overall not the greatest experience.

Super versatile. Material is light and sits nicely. Super flattering and makes for an easy date night/holiday/summer dress.

Great company - fast shipping, no issues!

From the service to the shipping to the quality of these now cheaply made dresses, I couldn’t be more disappointed. This used to be a great dress store and you could trust the quality. Well sadly that’s gone now. My dress was delivered like a piece of trash in the snow and it came so wrinkled that the boning was all bent out of shape. Besides that, we were all told the dresses could take 5 months to come in. Which was a lie. All around, not a good experience and very disappointed.

The several week shipment time is unreasonable given the short exchange and return window provided. Customer service was responsive and ultimately made it so I did not have to pay more simply to exchange sizes. When making an exchange at other stores, you are not charged more to simply change the size, even if there was a promotional period.
