I am saddened that this did not fit the way I expected. I purchased this item due to all the amazing reviews which unfortunately did not look flattering whatsoever. The neck was very tight, had no stretch to it. The back to button up the topper was extremely loose and had a lot of extra fabric. The shoulder seams, instead were at the middle of the top of my arm. I sent an email requesting a refund but as said when purchasing it was only eligible for store credit, which I agreed to originally because I truly thought it was going to fit perfect. It is unfortunate because as a bride I could've used this refund for one of my other wedding expenses.

I had two issues with my order. In one email, it showed that 2 items in my order were sent and delivered. However only 1 item arrived. When the 1 item did arrive it was the wrong dress. I still have not received a replacement dress but ended up not liking the dress. It has been 2 weeks and I still have not received my refund. 3 stars because the customer service email with helpful but 0 stars due to the amount of issues I’ve had with my order and length of time to get a refund.

When I'm spending so much on a product, it's really distasteful so have to pay for shipping. Not to mention, not having the option of free returns in case it doesn't work out. Sizes run small, this company is not for women who are not stick thin.

The dress ended up being nice, but there were some hiccups along the way and I’m not sure I’d repurchase for this price point. There was initially a shipping issue. Once customer service got involved, they expedited shipping free of charge and were very helpful. However, once the dress arrived, I realized the seam at the waist was not cut/ sewn evenly and required extensive tailoring. I ordered the dress more than a month in advance of my event, but by then I didn’t have time to exchange or try to find a new dress. My tailor assisted on a 24 hour turnaround. Ultimately everything worked out, but the tailoring cost almost as much as the dress and I wouldn’t do this again.

Zipper on the side puckers out, ordered in two sizes to see if it was the sizing but it’s the dress. It’s not meant for shorter women. I wish I could return it but I missed the date by two days.
