So helpful and friendly

Good service

Great costumer service!

Unless you’re a giraffe the neck most likely won’t fit you. If it did fit it would be beautiful. But the neck hung so low. The rest of the dress fit great but the neck did not work

The shipping was such a disjointed experience, truly didn't now where my dress was until I contacted customer support myself. Then all of a sudden I got proof of delivery from 3 weeks prior but I never got an email. Really unhappy given the high reputation of this company.

The shipping process was very confusing and disjointed, it was 2 weeks late but somehow had already been delivered to my lobby but didnt get an email confirmation until I reached out to customer support myself.. then all of a sudden I got a delivered confirmation email. When the dress finally came, the sizing felt off and very very thin fabric. I'm very disappointed with the whole experience given the reputation of this company.

Sleeves were extremely restricting. Overall experience was okay.

Shipping took a while, but it came within two weeks.

I'm 5'5 and it fits my height perfectly. I didn't have to get it altered and since the straps tie, it fits anyone! It's a beautiful dress and amazing quality!

Very nice experience! Would definitely recommend!

great, lots of options

Always great service in store, flexible and accommodating. Beautiful materials and tasteful options. Love having a physical store in Vancouver and large fitting areas to share the experience with friends.

Shipped fast but return policy isn’t good

Good

Shipping was good. Dress is low quality for the price along with charging $45 to return is insane. Also have been waiting weeks just to get my money back. Wouldn’t recommend

Impressed as always!

Shipping was easy but very cheap fabric and unflattering for the price

good quality

Shipping was very fast and the quality was amazing. Happy to shop Canadian too.

Park & Fifth is always incredible! Shipping is fast and every employee I’ve encountered is absolutely lovely.
