We had an issue with an earlier version and OXO stepped up beyond expectations and fixed the issue. We really trust and like OXO products. In fact, the next day my wife bought a new OXO ice-cream scoop, notwithstanding the fact that we already have two scoops.

I love my Oxo egg poacher though I am still getting the hang of it. So far I have overcooked the eggs every time because my timing is off. Also, cleanup is hard because egg residue sticks to the bottom of the saucepan though not to the egg poacher.
