OXO replaced my failed chopper right away. It arrived by FedEx in just a few days. I use it every day so I was very pleased to have this taken care of so quickly.

We have used an OXO Salad Spinner for decades and really love it. The kids especially have a great time helping us prepare the salad fixings. We recently upgraded to the Steel Salad Spinner and love it as well. It is nice to use the steel bowl for serving the salad after using the spinner, instead of looking for another serving bowl.

I have used the OXO Squeegee in my shower for a dozen years. The original had a suction cup to connect to the tile of the shower. After all of these years, this suction cup was no long staying on the wall regularly. I have replaced the unit with this newer model which uses an adhesive strip to hold the holder to the tile. So far this is working fine but I would rather have had version using the suction cup on the wall as this would be easier to remove someday.
