The package came in 2 pieces with no warning that this would happen. Leading us to believe it was incomplete. . .

The set itself is brilliant and customer service was fast and efficient

The order was despatched the following day, but the first number plate sent by Royal Mail was lost in the Post. The Customer Service team quickly sent a replacement plate and, due to the delay, credited us the cost. The person that handled it all was efficient and friendly besides being very apologetic about any convenience caused. Hence the score!

Delivery was super quick was quite anoyyed about the wood as it definitely shouldn’t have had cracks that big but no point of faffing now it’s up and they aren’t weighty so all works perfect.

The swing set itself is great, the only problem is it lifts up when pushing your child. It needed something to hold it down.

It’s sturdy, it’s quality! Bought for my daughter and when searching for the right option, I couldn’t believe how many we had to choose from. We already had a slide so it was great to see options with and without to get exactly what you’re looking for. It’s a quality climbing frame/swing set. It’ll last years and is large enough for my daughter as she gets that bit older. It took maybe a bit longer than an afternoon to assemble (2 people). Very happy with the item. Shipping did take a bit of time but tracking was provided and updated well, and the wait was worth it. Our delivery driver had delivered 8 of the same play set that day alone so it’s clearly a popular one!
