Excellent service and so many to choose from

The set is really good quality, especially for the price. It was delivered very quickly with no issues. Communication with customer service was excellent. I'll definitely use this company again in the future and 100% recommend them. I was sceptical at first because of the low prices, but the set I received is really amazing. The instructions are easy to follow, and it was simple to put together, even for someone with no previous experience.

Great delivery

We ordered a swingset/climbing frame for our toddler, to keep him busy in the summer season. The delivery was fumbled by the logistics partner, meaning we had to wait nearly 3 weeks for everything to arrive before we could start building. The outdoor toys team, empathetic and kind, put me at ease. Owned the situation, and got it resolved. Spoke to Shaun and Becky, who were the champions of the customer service. We got the parts, got it built (easier than I thought it would be) and now my toddler uses it daily. Thank you to the team at outdoor toys. You got it done and made a little boy happy.

We were looking at two sets, one from here and one from Wickey. We opted for this one because the delivery date was much sooner. However, the advertised delivery date came and went so I had to chase. It arrived a few days later, but was delivered over two days rather than everything together. It’s a good play set, but expensive. As other reviews have mentioned, there are no pilot holes in the wood so construction takes much longer than it would if everything was already prepared. Not a huge issue, but be prepared to keep swapping your drill bit and screwdriver after each step in the instructions. Helpfully, the required drill bits and screwdriver ends are included in the bag with the screws which was very useful, although there were a few screws missing from my lookout tower set. There were also a couple of pieces of wood that were split and unusable. I imagine this may be a common issue with that particular part as 5 pieces are sent but only 2 are required, so they include 3 spares. The slice feels a little more flimsy than I expected, but it’s fine. I guess my expectations were a little higher because of the cost. All in all, pretty pleased with the purchase. It was enjoyable making it, but feel it’s over priced and the advertised delivery time was misleading.

We're really pleased with our Rebo Lookout Tower. The playset is excellent quality, feels very sturdy once assembled, and my son absolutely loves it. Unfortunately, a few parts arrived damaged, including the binoculars and some timber. However, I contacted Outdoor Toys and their customer service was excellent throughout. Shaun was professional, responsive and worked with me to reach a fair resolution by arranging a replacement for the binoculars and providing a partial refund. It's always disappointing when there are issues with a delivery, but it's how a company deals with those issues that really matters. In our case, Outdoor Toys resolved everything promptly and fairly, and we're very happy with the final outcome. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend both the playset and Outdoor Toys based on our overall experience.

Came in two deliveries on consecutive days. Thought that could have been organised better. Well pleased with the product. It could have had more pre drilled holes to help with construction

Happy with service and delivery.

Lovely good quality sturdy swing, although the wooden poles didn’t turn up at the same time as the seats they were very quick to rectify this and they came the next day. There are lots of swings out there a lot cheaper but worth paying the extra money for this one. Great that the seats come in different colours to suit Girl or Boy

Over all good quality and fu for the kids. Only defect is the cracks running through each peice of timber. Some 10mm wide not ideal if a bolt lands on one of the cracks when building.
