Outdoor toys were responsive to my query when the parcel didn’t arrive when expected. They found out that the courier had not delivered it as the box was empty, so they reordered it and kept me up to date until the order arrived, which was only a few days later.

Very good, arrived just in the nick of time before Christmas, so took 4 weeks. Assembling was quite complicated but delighted with the finished product

Perfect toys

All ok and easy enough to install. Only issue was the climbing holds came with the wrong fasteners (short bolts, for fitting to paneling - when the instructions show them going in with big self tapper screws which weren't provided).
