Never received. No communication. No reimbursement. Lost a customer

Product said it was delivered but it never arrived. I’ve contacted Ouidad several times over phone and email and have yet to hear from a real person. It’s been over a week. Ouidad please make this right!!

Products are not as good as the original. The service is nonexistent. They shipped me the wrong item and I have been waiting 10 days for someone to get back to me after the chatbot said it would refer it. Save yourself the hassle

They shipped me the wrong item and refuse to respond to my attempts to amend it. They don’t have the correct number on their website as it goes to a different company, the AI bot said they would refer it on, and 10 days later there is no response.

Why not offer 2 types of Pomade?? I have used the older version for 20 years, I hate the new one. Not the same, night and day, please bring it back, I want to stay with all Ouidad products, but this will force me too check out other brands of pomade / finishing products. I want to stay loyal to the brand. Many feel the same way, please listen to us.

the order came with broken products and leaked all over everything. you would think for how much you pay if the products it wouldn’t be just thrown in the box. i expect it to be packed better for the cost to prevent the bottles from breaking and getting all over everything.

Easy to purchase from this site. I’ve never had a problem with shipping or tracking my purchases. After trying a few different products, I’ve settled on my favorites and will keep shopping the sales to stock up when they are cheaper.

I AM A QUIDAD GIRL! I initially was so disappointed in this product. It left a bit of a sticky, straw like feel to my hair. I wanted it for those refresh me moments when I need to get up and GO. I bought a light mister bottle and I diluted it Half and Half with water. IT IS PERFECT FOR ME NOW! I with it had a QUIDAD fresh scent but I have other products by them that can help with that.

Received these sooner than expected and this brand is my new go to!
