Like the liquid form, great hold, but for my gray, 2c, 3c, 4a hair i needed more curl clumping, and it was drying to my ends

You are hard to get ahold of. You don’t answer your phone. I have tried calling several times. Lease contact me for a return on one of the products ordered by mistake. 559-530-5653

I've used your products for the last year and they never had a bad chemical smell like this one does. It's also drying out my hair! I'm very disappointed with this product!

The customer service at Ouidad is horrible. My order a was supposed to arrive in November. I had updated my subscription address previously but it still went to the wrong address. The AI bot was supposed to connect me to an agent and did not. I called and emailed multiple times and do not get an answer. I’m out my money and have not received the products or a refund. Do not order from Ouidad!
