Your customer service and delivery system are outstanding, as are your products.

Love your products

Formula and ingredients changed on both of my products. They are now less effective than my current bottles that have been opened maybe greater than 2 years. Super disappointing.

My daughter uses the coil infusion triple treat deep conditioner. It leaves her hair clean and refreshed. It adds shine and gloss. My daughter has very low porosity hair and she uses this product twice a week and wears a shower cap for 10 minutes so the steam can open up her hair pores

Loved everything I ordered and thanks for the brush

I was pleased with every aspect of the Ouidad experience, from the shopping to the shipping to the follow up.

Always great experiences with Ouidad, from products to customer service.

I love my Quidad products, I would be lost without them.

Love the advanced climate control stronger hold gel!

This product is a game changer for curly hair! Advanced Climate Control® Heat & Humidity Gel - Stronger Hold keeps my curls beautifully defined, full, and frizz-free, even in the notoriously humid Northeast. A friend recommended it, and I couldn’t be more grateful. After using it consistently all summer, I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my hair’s texture and overall appearance. My curls hold their shape without feeling stiff, and my hair looks fuller and healthier than ever. I highly recommend this product to anyone struggling with humidity and frizz. It has become an essential part of my hair care routine!

Products were exactly as promised for my hair. Received them in a timely fashion
