I ordered around 12 products to be delivered on February 15th. As of today (February 25th) they haven't even been processed, let alone shipped out. I've reached out to the company many times in MANY ways since the 20th and I have not received any responses or information on my package. I would not recommend ordering from this company in the slightest. I feel this is a very upsetting and disrespectful way to treat customers.
