Have been using Ouidad for more years than I I remember and will continue to do so. It. Has kept my frequesntly permed hair in good healthy condition.

Do not buy direct from website, they use mostly AI agents and it's impossible to get resolution. I'm having issues with protein overload on my high porosity curls and the website recommended the unbreakable bond line so I ordered numerous products and after 2 uses i found the products were actually making my issues worse causing tons of breakage. They claim to have a money back guarantee (found out after ordering I will need to pay for shipping both ways) it's impossible to get a QR code for returns, I don't have a printer to print a label and have $100 worth of products i can't use.

Good for warmer days. Less weighty than other mousses. Absorbs well and give decent definition and no crunchyness

I found it complicated to select the correct product. Ordered the wrong thing and the wrong size product ( twice must not be the sharpest knife in the drawer).

I love Ouidad, but one of my products broke. It was the soft defining mousse. It was my favorite product, and it broke around 2 weeks after I got it. Other than that, I love this brand!

I recently switched to using this shampoo and conditioner a few weeks ago and have had nothing but a bad experience since. I started using the conditioner first and it left my hair really greasy. I chalked it up to a "detox period" for my hair from switching products. Shortly after, I incorporated the shampoo as well and noticed instantly my hair was more tangly when getting out of the shower. After about a month of using it, I've noticed that my hair is falling out more rapidly and in bigger clumps than normal. This is VERY abnormal for me and the only thing that changed recently was the shampoo and conditioner. Will stop using it immediately to prevent any more loss. To make matters even worse, I have so much product left that will go unused. So I definitely wasted my money

Have yet to have a bad experience when purchasing from Ouidad. Every purchase has been spot on.

Advanced Climate Control Flexible Holding Spray Do yourself a favor and pass this one by… I love other Ouidad products, but this hairspray was not one of them. The style of the bottle made it very difficult to hold, and the product came out in a stream which ran down my arm. It made my hair wet.

Product wasn't as good as I had hoped with my gray hair that's a little thin and dry.

Amazing products and customer service. I highly recommend.
