I ordered on Black Friday and almost 4 weeks later, I have still not received my order. I’ve reached out to Customer Service numerous times, including Social Media and still have not gotten an answer. It’s incredible that I keep seeing ads for sales but seemingly you can’t even ship product. And now I get asked for a review, how do you expect me to review something I haven’t gotten? Unbelievable.
