I absolutely LOVE the Curl quencher moisturizing gel and i will recommend it for you 100%, however, just know SOMETIMES an order can come with a leakage/packaging issue and I am having trouble navigating how to go about a return. Kind of a pita, when years ago they would send you a new bottle. It's annoying and you lose some of the product for sure, so unless you're willing to go through the hassle of a return, just know this CAN occur. Doesn't happen with each and every order, but here and there they are not packaging their products appropriately.

I have tried to contact customer service for over a week after my package arrived with an open liter sized hair product that leaked everywhere. After an initial AI generated response I have heard noting. Terrible customer service

My product came already opened. It was leaking out and all messy everywhere.

Shipping took forever. It seemed like they held my items for a week before they sent them out and when I tried to call, the phone number was some third-party.

My experience made me want to never order from Ouidad again because the customer service was abysmal. I love the products. I hate talking to AI Bots that have no nuanced responses.

Unlike so many other sites, when I received a notice that my product was back in stock, there was still inventory for me to order. Bottles always arrive shrink wrapped and well padded to ensure they are in perfect shape during shipping.
