Ouidad is not as good as it used to be. It's like you're trying to do too many products and they are not as good. Customer service is not good. The people just read from the website and don't know the products like they used to.

Good products, horrible customer service. It os IMPOSSIBLE to talk to a person on the phone even during theit posted hours. I have been emailing customer support for 2 weeks and I still cannot get a person on the phone. When you cancel a subscription it still sends and they still charge you. When you return the product you still pay shipping even though you canceled. They apologize and do it again the next month. If you are going to try their products, give your money to a second hand seller with better customer service support model which includes being able to speaknon themphone with someone and free returns. The customer service is the reason I am writing this review and quitting using their products. Horrible experiences with them. Get a phone number we can call.
