As the stick-straight-haired mom of a curly-top daughter, taking care of her hair has not been intuitive for me. I credit Sammy Feldman / stylezbysammyy on Instagram for recommending Water Works. I've tried all different types of moisturizing and clarifying products (some at very high price points) over the years, but my daughter's hair still felt dry and looked frizzy a day or two after washing. Water Works and the rest of the Curl Detox products completely changed that. It's like the buildup of all those other products was finally removed and her hair could actually absorb water and moisturizer. Now, her curls are shiny, bouncy, and soft--even several days after washing. I highly recommend the Curl Detox products--and especially Water Works--to anyone with similar curl challenges.

These products are excellent. I absolutely love them! They’ve done wonders for my hair and I would recommend them to anyone with curly hair. Orders cannot be cancelled or edited after being placed. This has been profoundly annoying, especially when the holiday promotion code announcement did not specify one time use limits. If I’d known I would have placed my entire order at once instead of trying to do two separate shipments. My first order took forever to ship, packaging was damaged and the parcel was marked undeliverable by FedEx. I had to notify Ouidad of the issue and they wanted proof of damaged packaging before issuing a refund which I didn’t have because the package was never delivered. After some back and forth I got my refund. I should not have had to track this down, they should have tracked it down and reshipped or contacted me about the delay. Every time I try to order from them something goes wrong or there’s some complication… I wish I could just buy the products in store at a reasonable price and not have to worry about ordering from the company.

Thought I would try this product for frizzy hair. The shampoo was very drying. The new conditioner bottle sprayer doesn't work. So I poured some on my hands and rinsed it off.

This is the only conditioner that truly balances my hair, giving it plenty of moisture without weighing it down or causing product buildup. I’m genuinely so glad I gave it a chance because it’s now my holy grail conditioner. Thank you, Ouidad — please keep making this product. <3

Daughter has been using the Advanced Climate Control Defrizzing Shampoo on her curly hair for a while now. Really works nice and has a pleasant smell too. With continued use she has noticed that her hair structure and curl has improved.

I did the curl quiz and each product that was recommended has been fantastic. I created a page with my products in order and laminated it until I get familiar with them. It sticks to the shower wall when wet and helps me see quickly what product to use next and how. I love how my hair is curling now, and a quick 10 minutes in a microfiber towel makes a big difference.
