OruKayak has some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced - thank you

I’m happy the boat got here faster than I expected. It’s refurbished and I didn’t know that some of the folds had purposely been cut to accommodate the fold. I called service, sent them photos asked them about those but the person I talked with said she didn’t know and would send the request to someone who did. I decided to continue setting it up but never heard back. I did find out the answer through the forum. All in all? I totally love it!

FedEx was great, kept me informed where my package was and delivered in the estimated time.

Good bang for your buck. Foldable kayak is a novel idea and while I've only taken it out once so far, it seems pretty solid.

The shipping and service was excellent.

Shipping was timely. Communication was clear through the shipping app. Customer service was prompt in answering my questions.
