Quality product at a GREAT price from a reputable company!

It take longer than I expected.

What am I rating? The shipping, my placing an order?

Perfect

I ordered the Beach kayak and several accessories and everything has arrived very quickly. I also emailed Oru before I bought the kayak to ask some questions, and they responded within about 48 hours. Their website is designed well too and I particularly like the page that offers comparisons between the kayak styles. I haven't had to return anything but based on my experience with Oru so far, I imagine that would go smoothly too.

Very well

Amazing

Great kayak. I can easily carry and move around

Exceptional

Great fit, adjustable. nice pockets.

Oru is a great company to work with

The quality seems fine, but it is very small and really a size in between the small and large would fit most peoples uses I imagine

We have owned two Bay kayaks for more than five years. We recently purchased a Haven kayak. The Haven is easy to assemble and the weight is acceptable. I purchased a longer paddle to avoid dripping water into the Haven since it is about eight inches wider than the Bay.

Perfect

Learning to assemble and disassemble were not as difficult as I feared. The on-line video (YouTube) was very helpful. Love the kayak.

Perfect companion to a our kayak

The Oru Kayak arrived sooner than it was supposed to arrive. The written instructions were accurate, and the video was helpful. However, the instructional video for Set-up for the Lake Sport was missing some information because the video was for the "Lake", and not for the "Lake Sport". There was no specific instructional video for the Lake Sport, which has a couple extra features, including the footrest.

Very fast delivery

I never received all the items I ordered and it’s difficult to talk to customer service. I’m still waiting on a PFD and kayak accessory I ordered a month ago.
