After emailing customer service about changing my delivery to not need a signature they changed it for me.

My kayak arrived with a broken tension strap buckle. I called and emailed Oru. The piece was sent out 2 hours later, via FedEx. That's service! I've waited a long time to upgrade my kayak to Oru-- but it's the best move I've made. Extremely pleased with my Oru. All of the products are well-made & well-thought-out. It floats like a dream. I highly recommend ORU for their quality products & service. By a yak. . . you won't regret it.

Love OruKayks. I have owned at least a dozen Kayaks, none have made me happier than my OruKayaks. In the time it would take two tie down a kayak to a rooftop, my OruKayaks pack up and are stowed inside my vehicles!!!!

I've had the Oru Kayak Lake on my radar for a year, and I'm glad I ended up purchasing it. The product works better than I expected, and I'm excited to use it for my next adventure. The shipping process with FedEx was a nightmare, but not much you can do if you live in an apartment.
