Custoer Service has been challenging. I finaly connected with Rebeca, wh was very helpful. It did take an entire month to finally get the new kayak. I deeply appreciated the undertanding and the f=gift of a free gel seat. I have now reviewed that item. I am hoping to safely enjoy kayaking for the foreseeable future. Getting out of the kaya is still challenging since the river where I love to paddle lacks a suitable, proper dock or launch ramp. . . and the sandy banks are very gooey and soft, making it very tricky to get out, stand and move the boat to shore. . . without dragging or hitting any stones/boulders.

I have been paddling more in the 5 weeks since I got my Oru Inlet than I have in 2 years! It’s so easy to assemble and transport! And it feels perfectly sturdy in the water. And the only thing better than the kayak is the customer. The connector broke off my paddle and they sent me a new paddle right away. Great product! Great company!

I'm sorry I ever ordered this Lake kayak it has just eaten up my time in trying and it doesn't seem I'll be able to get my money back

I had few things on my 2015 Bay Plus Kayak that needed replacement. Contacted customer service email and was pleasantly surprised with their excitement and willingness to help me, especially with a 10-year-old model. Shipped everything to me within few days. Back to the lakes. . .

I am sure everything in the bundle is fine. If I can ever manage to get the boat assembled without needing help, maybe I will get to try it out. As it stands right now, I haven't even taken any of it out of the box.
