There's been a break in period to get up and running with my second hand Oru kayak. Finding proper gear has made this flow. I'm enjoying lakes in the high Sierras, CA

The shipping and customer service are also spot on

Came on time and everything was correct. No issues

Quick shipping!

After one use: I like that its light and portable. I had fun with it. Could use a option to mount a cup holder, but it worked out pretty well without one. I loved having my backpack right behind my seat. .

Service after the sale was/is excellent.

my order of a replacement seat back and wedge arrived outside my door complete and undamaged, however, the entire cardboard box was kind of deconstructed around it and the pieces were out in the open. I have no idea what happened but glad it made it from the west coast to the east more or less intact!

Super fast shipping.

Fantastic!

Greatest customer service!

Experience was great. Nothing special to add

I just spent a bunch of time writing a review in the email I was sent!

Very nice paddle for the money!!

Overall it was pretty good. The delivery process took a little time, but I believe it was worth the wait, since I do like the product.

Free shipping was great-love the box and packaging! The set up video, with QR code on the Kayak is brilliant.

Kayak arrived quickly as ordered. Customer service was helpful with additional messaging.

Love it! Can’t wait to explore this summer! So easy to set up, carry and paddle!

Shipping was good, both items worked as described. I love my Lake Sport!

I very much appreciate the repair kit replacement. The flexible clear tape is very nice and is holding on my front folds.

My Oru Lake Sport arrived a few days after I ordered it. It was easy to learn how to set it up and to refold. I couldn't believe how light it is! It really did keep me dry inside and was easy to paddle. Although, the lightness of the boat and the flatness of the hull did make tracking a little more difficult in the wind. The skeg did help some.
