All of my questions were answered promptly by Oru and the shipping was instant. I have no complaints with Oru.

I still don't have this. I ordered this on June 16th and it still wasn't even shipped until July 15th. This is the third 'section' of shipment they sent of what I ordered and EACH one requires me to take time off to be home to sign for the delivery. I won't be home this time and the case did not get shipped in time for me to use this on my vacation trip. ALSO, they are obviously data mining because I'm getting ads for Oru targeted to me in everything now.

Flimsy, unstable, back rest and orange spacers do not stay in place

First time I closed it, I broke a clip I wrote to the company Saturday and they have not written me back yet. Today is Wednesday.

Shipping was fast. Customer service has been non-existent. There is a problem with our boat. Emailed to all of their email addresses (with photos and an explanation of the problem), left a voicemail, used their online chat, and there is just no response (aside from a "ticket has been updated," which I replied to like what does that mean?). I ordered directly from the company to avoid any issues and I'm just really disappointed. Lastly, the link on the website is even broken to register your boat for the warranty. The chatbot was able to supply me with one that works. Will report back and update review if I ever hear back.

I am really pleased with all of oruKayaks accessories. Everything goes so well together and is so thought out. I am so very appreciative of an amazing brand. !

Brought 2016 just getting warm up this years.

Skeg made a 100% improvement on my Oru Lake's tracking -- seriously, why isn't this part of the standard package? I'm so glad I bought this -- but disappointed that I had to.

Shipping was fast, customer service was great.

This is much easier to assemble than the Tucktec kayak, and it's easier to carry because it has a handle. The Lake Sport has an adjustable backrest that's comfortable and doesn't interfere with a life jacket. It's too bad the gel seat is not included; you'll likely feel sore without it (though at least it will wear off quickly after kayaking). The gel seat should come with that model to fully justify the significant (40%) price difference with the Lake model.

Fantastic idea, a bit getting used to (aren't all great ideas?) My hardshell was getting harder to hoist on/off the car racks as I've aged. This design ensures a woman in her late 60's a future with a favorite hobby that includes a healthy workout in nature. I've got folks inquiring about it. (If you're over 55 opt for the gel seat :)

The products are good, the time for them to send the stuff out was fine. I just wish there were better shipping options. Fedex is horrendous, and had my kayak across the country in a day or two, but then held it day after day in a location 20-minutes away from me, before deciding the address needed to be changed, and then didn't deliver until after my vacation was already over, and it was too late to actually take the kayak out. Wish Oru would let you choose to pay for other shipping companies, or at least let you pay extra for faster Fedex options.

Boat arrived quickly. I find it easy to set up, paddle and take down. Great invention.
