Ordered, after 9 days chased it up, still not out for delivery. Order cancelled. Gave up and looked elsewhere. Advertised as 1-2 business days delivery. Totally misleading.

The mattress arrived quickly and the day it was promised. It was brought to the bedroom by the delivery people and the box was severely damaged - the delivery people refused to unbox it and demanded a signature so they could move on with their day. As it turned out, the outer plastic sleeve on the mattress also had a cut in it at the box damage site but the mattress itself appeared undamaged. The mattress is fine, neither wildly comfortable for nor uncomfortable. We get good sleeps on it so far so believe it is an improvement. I would have been seriously upset if I had paid almost £100 for each pillow because they seem to offer nothing different in terms of comfort when compared to our existing pillows.

I am gradually getting used to the firmness of the mattress and as my hip and back pain has improved considerably I am pleased with my purchase. The mattress is cooler to lie on than my previous memory foam topper and together with the free microfibre pillow which is great, I am having more comfortable nights. Delivery was good and I was kept informed of the delivery time

Nothing was any difference to any other on line shopping

I got a king and double and they're both very comfortable. Delivery was quick and the delivery team brought them both upstairs to the bedrooms for me as they were too heavy for me to carry. Great service, great mattresses.

Delivery notification listed free pillow but not the actual mattress. Email query was responded to in a timely manner. Delivery experience good.

Excellent mattress and value

I ordered the mattress and paid a reasonable amount extra for disposal of existing mattress. On agreed delivery day the delivery company refused to collect the old mattress (even though I could show the email confirming I had paid for that service) saying that it wasn't on their work order. I was given a new date for collection so had to rearrange my work diary to be in and they didn't turn, they had tried to ring me twice to confirm the collection day (when I didnt have my phone with me (playing a sport)) but didnt leave a message and then cancelled the collection but didnt send me a message to confirm that. We then arranged another day - they said they would arrive between 4:30pm-7:30pm - they rang to say they would be late arriving at 8:30pm and eventually arrived at just after 9:30pm. Origin washed their hands of delivery issues and refused to even offer a partial refund for the dreadful service saying that the mattress had been collected. I wont ever use them again and I wouldn't recommend anyone else to either. It's a shame.

Matress is wonderful. Providing a great night's rest. Delivery and unpackaging very efficient and easy to do.

ordered easy as pie shipping date supplied then nothing shipping date came and went contacted origin got back to me after 3 emails finally got another shipping date which was 5 days after my first date but had no mattress for 4 days as we disposed of it before the new one came(bad move) but any how got it sorted but no apologies from the company delivery guys were great we've found the mattress to be good so far

In my hunt for a new mattress, waited until Black Friday and where I was only looking at Nectar Sleep, suddenly I came across Origin. Bought the Hybrid Pro and I'm very happy with my purchase. Customer services responded promptly to my queries. I think Origin needs to do more advertisements though.

Got the text to say when it was due to arrive, tracked it all day and the time kept going back. Then at around 19. 30 i got an email saying that they tried to deliver at 18. 47 and i wasn’t home. I was literally home all day and have a Ring doorbell. I don’t mind if it got too late in the evening and the delivery guys needed to go home, but they did not come to my home and try to deliver. Really disappointed.

Good delivery nice customer service

Would have been perfect in every way but the delivery guys caused damage to my staircase taking the old mattress away and the terms state they are not liable for any damage they caused removing the old mattress. Otherwise happy with every other aspect.

Although our mattresses were despatched very quickly, and delivery organised very smoothly, they have not arrived 😭 as at the time of writing this review!
