Great Mattress but delivered later than stated, in battered open box just into my home, then left after taking photos of the said battered box! Let down badly by the delivery company.

Had my hybrid pro delivered a few weeks ago, but I waited until this week to put it up (I needed to get the motivation to sleep on the sofa, whilst it inflates and settles). If the delivery men offer to take it upstairs for u, take them up on it, because it weighs a ton on your own up the stairs 😬 (I only had a small double, god knows how the delivery people lift the big ones). Left it 27hrs then slept on it last night for the first time… wow soooo worth it! As a fat side/ back sleeping woman, who moves a lot in sleep, I have never felt so supported. 100% recommend.

After a couple of days of getting used to it, we have both slept well since we've had our new mattress. It's not as hot as our old memory foam one, and I love the softer top layer.

Very comfortable mattress

I originally ordered "Origin Hybrid Pro Mattress Clearance - King" and selected a delivery date a week in advance. The day came but no one showed up to deliver. Only after I emailed and enquired I was told that there is an issue with stocking. That is unacceptable. I took a day off to receive the mattress. If I didn't enquire, who knows when I would've been told. At least the refund was prompt, the saving grace.

Very good mattress. Supportive and comfortable. No offputting smell when it arrived - no need for offgassing. When I roll over, I feel like it doesn't disturb my partner.

As a sufferer of back problems for many years now getting a decent sleep and wakening up refreshed thanks to our new Origin Hybrid mattress. Would highly recommend.

I haven't received my mattress despite paying for it and setting aside a day to wait for its arrival. I wasn't told there was a supply issue and had to establish this myself. I have now been been told that there is still a problem with stock and also with what day it will eventually be delivered that I am able to do. Would appreciate someone getting in touch.

Very pleased. Our second mattress. Happy that Origin are not charging ridiculous prices as other companies such as Simba, whose mattresses have not lasted.

Had a simba mattress and sent it back. Origin will be staying put. Got a friend coming around later today to try it out and if she likes it, then she’ll be ordering one.

Delighted with the mattress so far (2 weeks in) , swift and efficient order process, delivery on time and the old mattress removed carefully, the delivery guys were polite and helpful. The box was slightly damaged but the inner plastic covering had protected the mattress. One small observation, the foam pillows are great but the inclusion of a zip to remove some of the fill to adjust the comfort would be great (see ‘Cloud-pillow’ brand as an example) the pillows are good quality but both too ‘thick’ ie over padded for our particular needs. Small thing but thought worth mentioning. Two weeks in a the mattress is performing well.

Really happy with our smart new mattress. It's very comfortable and we were attracted by its eco credentials relative to other types. It feels nice and supportive and if I roll over my partner isn't disturbed. No nasty smell or off-gassing required because it's made from natural materials.

Mattress very comfortable. Delivery spot on time but it was just dumped in the bedroom and then they were gone. No instructions given. Luckily there was enough with mattress. Old mattress removed as paid for. A good experience.
