I ordered two mattresses, they didn’t arrive when I was told they would. There was no tracking or contact from Origin to say there would be an delay. After contacting customer service they said one mattress is out of stock. I asked for a refund of that one and for them to send the other which is in stock. They apologised at the time and offered me 10% refund on my order. I was happy to take that at the time however it has been two weeks and this mattress has not been delivered despite contacting customer service multiple times to try to get information on delivery. In the meantime I had ordered the pro version of the mattress that was out of stock and it was delivered in 2 days. Customer service are not replying to my emails. They are not helpful at all. The chat function on the website is useless as they cannot help with any order related issues. I still have no idea when the in stock mattress will arrive and customer service have not responded to me in 2 days. The service has been horrible and the customer service agents have been uninterested and passive aggressive. I cannot stress enough how bad the experience has been. And I have no idea when my order will actually be delivered and even if I wanted to cancel the order I cannot get customer service to reply. Do not order mattresses from this company if you have any kind of urgency or a deadline that you need them by. And beware that customer service are terrible, there is no phone number to call and the response times to emails are awful and the will probably stop replying to you if you try to contact them for any kind of clarity.

Two mattresses in and both have been fantastic. Comfortable, well made and worth every penny.

The bed is softer than what I’m used to, but after sleeping on it for a while, I got used to it. It strikes a nice balance — soft but still supportive and firm at the same time. There is a slight memory foam effect, so when you change positions it takes a few seconds to adjust to your body, but once it does, it feels very comfortable. The price point is also very reasonable compared to major brands out there. I’ve been sleeping on this bed for about a week now and have had no aches so far, so I’m quite happy with it. Same-day delivery was available after I made the purchase in the store, which was very convenient.

Great delivery

I wasn’t sure about buying the mattress online. But I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. It supports the body very well, especially the back, which I have problems with. At the same time, it’s soft. It doesn’t affect sleep when the other person turns at night. I really like it.

While service in the store was good the actual product quality failed. Despite feedback of depressions on the mattress after just 2 weeks, no replacement was offered because the depressions were less than 1 inch depth. Will proceed to request for refund . . . .

The mattress seems to be very comfortable but have only used it for two weeks time will tell, I would have liked to be able to speak with a person rather than on line as for delivery it came in good time but delivery company was a bit rough

Happy with the product, comfortable and I love the cooling effect. However was pretty disappointed with the delivery - the box was battered! Top was opened, tons of tape holding it together, felt unprofessional and a bit eBay-ish. Gives the impression that the products are not stored or taken care of properly in the warehouse or during delivery. Given the top was opened, I was concerned of damage to the actual mattress itself. As I couldn’t open and check as I was waiting in delivery of a new frame I did reach out to Origin customer service via their chat system to flag just in case. They acknowledged and said they’d pass on info to the customer service team, but I’ve heard nothing since. Now that I’ve open the mattress, as best as I can tell it is fine, but even so having it turn up in that state was pretty disappointing.
