Firm and comfortable. The free pillows proved a little too firm for us.

I found it to be most uncomfortable. I feel it is lumpy all over. The middle section sinks in far too much. It is not firm at all, even at the edges it is not firm. I wonder if I have received a damaged product

Delivered extremely quickly and very comfy mattress - much better than our Emma Premium Mattress. . . but it is early days

The mattress was a great price compared to other comparable products with a timely delivery and helpful delivery staff

The mattresses are lovely (so far so good). The delivery was fine, on time very pleasant men. The only frustration I experienced was trying to find out a delivery date. Customer services online chat wasn’t very helpful.

I gave the delivery man 5 stars service because when he heard that I need to sleep on the floor that night, he made the 2nd trip to deliver the outstanding lumber cloud mattress at 10 pm

Bought the mattress for my wife who suffers from hip pain. After a few hiccups with ordering it was delivered recently and I’m now waiting for the verdict.
