Love the purifier but when I bought it filter replacements were $60. Now they are $100. They dont last a year either. I am lucky to get 2 months out of a new filter. $600 a year to replace my Oransi Mod filter is not in my budget so when my new filter is done We will have to just throw away a $700 air purifier.

The customer Service rep was very polite, knowledgeable and helpful in discussing what I needed to replace.

The ordering and shipping process was quick and easy. I received my air cleaners sooner than expected and they were extremely easy to set up! Everything is included just as they promised and all I had to do was plug it in. Overall an excellent experience, except for the noise factor, which is quite annoying.
