I really do love my mod purifier. It's so effective that I noticeably prefer the air quality when it's on to when it's off. My room just feels better :).

So far it clears the air so I can breathe - it takes at least 2 weeks to get from company if you go the “free shipping” route - it’s a bit loud compared to other air purifiers even on low setting - I don’t use in bedroom at night (I have a quiet one different brand) but I use in my main room.

Even though I was informed that the filter I needed was not in stock, I received it very quickly. Apparently it had arrived the same day that I placed my order.

Shipping this time around was shockingly easy compared to when I purchased my mod. The product arrived as expected and I did not receive a notice saying they arrived but I wasn't availalbe when in fact I had stayed home all day and waited for them. I even called the courier last time and waited for 30 + minutes to talk to an agent about it as I knew I would have trouble carrying it home given the size of the Mod (which was over half my height with the box) if I had to pick up at the courier office. The courier agent could only tell me that they will deliver once more before they leave it at the courier office. In the end it was delivered but only to the lobby only. It was an unpleasant experience to say the least. Thank you for rectifying the poor shipping situation from 3 years ago.

Customer wasn't much help when I inquired about returning/exchanging the 200C TrueCarbon units for one the Mod series. All I received was a notice that the Mod-jr was out of stock till next year (2026). No other solutions or options for the loud noise issues with the 200C units I purchased.
