The customer service is just as excellent as their product. My classroom uses the Oransi 270C air purifier and it has been working very well, especially considering that we deal with the kitchen odors that drift into our classroom and everyday kid-smells. Thank you to the customer service rep, Avery, for helping me and being so kind!

The best real people with a quality product, follow-up & knowledge

So far I am impressed with the big impacts this little purifier has, even in my big room, any smoke odors seem to disappear.

Shipping took a little ling than expected.

Arrived as expected. package was good no damage

Love the product

I purchased the EJ unit specifically because all materials were made in the USA. It was significantly more expensive than other air purifiers. Shortly after, they changed to being assembled in the USA. I could have saved a lot of money purchasing another brand that was “assembled in the USA” so it’s quite frustrating. The filters work well and are easy to replace, but I feel like the company should have some provided some sort of compensation for this switch, but when I contacted them about it, they simply said that due to cost they had to make the switch.

I've had two large attractive Oransi air purifiers in my city apartment for years. I make sure to change out the hepa filters every year if not sooner, if I wipe them down from dust and fur and feel they no longer are in shape to do the job I know they are capable of doing. With the wilderness smoke issues traveling in bursts across the country, it seems especially important to adequately work toward protecting your family's lungs and well-being.

Happy with my air purifier but not a repeat for comment on survey
