shipping and service was great

Ease of use

I moved into my new apartment about a month ago, in an old building. I was dismayed by the overwhelming VOCs from a history of being an office building nearly 150 years old. These carbon air purifiers are definitely helping to clear the air literally, and I am breathing better as a result. The units are high quailty, easy to use, and I love that they're manufactured and maintained right here in Virginia. Very appreciated!

Happy with this purchase. . . .

Wonderful customer service, thank you so much!

Super fast shipping, incredibly clear instructions and information, packaging was minimal and not wasteful. Purifier is 10/10.

Shipping was quick. Assembly was quick and easy. We're not noticing a reduction in odors by running the unit. It is hard to tell if the unit is really working or just moving air around. Also the unit may be creating a negative pressure situation, that is drawing in more outside air and odors.

Came on time loved it I have two other ones I have Birds cats dogs and is the best thing on planet Earth I love these purified

A contractor did some repairs in my office and filled a gap with some sort of epoxy that was off-gassing a terrible chemical odor for months. It was inside the dry-wall so I was unable to reach it. I tried keeping windows open, venting the room, an ozone machine, carbon air fresheners, candles, everything but no luck. Six months later, I got Oransi and the odor was gone the next day. I was left asking myself why I didn't get this air filter sooner? It's great for VOC odor 100%! The open box product was perfect. Highly recommend.

HORRIBLE ORDER FULFILLMENT! STILL HAVEN’T GOT THE FILTER I ORDERED

I’m on I am very satisfied. It takes care of all my concerns.
