The kit worked well and was relatively easy to install. My only complaint would be that it didn’t provide the size drill bit that I should use for the hole for the oversized bushing. Luckily seems like I guessed correctly and it went together well.

All the parts I have ordered have been more than satisfactory. I have been very pleased with the parts. However, the only thing I have negative is there have been too many things that I wanted is backordered. And I have been waiting weeks for around 4 items.

I ordered a number of different items. The catalogue is easy to read and is catagorized in a way to make it easy or find what I was looking for. Shipment was quick.

I have been an OPGI customer for well over 10 years, so obviously I think that they are a great supplier to buy from, good quality products at a good price and great customer service. But backorders are frustrating, it may not be all OPGI's fault, but still frustrating. About 2 years ago I purchased all of the pieces for a complete interior replacement, it took almost 1 year for me to get everything I ordered. OPGI will give you the opportunity to cancel the parts on backorder (which is great!), but if you have already taken delivery of the front seat covers and the back seat covers are on backorder, you're stuck waiting for the backorder to come in.
