I would love to compete my project, but half of the necessary parts are on back order.

I have ordered several part and thus far they are great, but I bought a dash and upon opening found a crack in a very visible place and now waiting to find out if you are replacing or what is happening.

I’ve used OPGI for two decades and have many parts on my car I ordered from them. I’ve ordered bumpers to interior and finish parts for everything else. My car looks beautiful and clean because of that. I’m pretty sure I’m pleased with my purchases. Please keep up the good work. We all appreciate it, believe me.

I ordered parts 9 months ago and some parts still missing yet , when i check other suppliers they have the parts in stock . why do they have them and you don't .

Both items, good quality, unfortunately, I’m waiting on front split bench seat vinyl for 1969 Chevelle. It’s on backorder till December.

Ive bought some nice parts from you before. These Parts came in quick. Headliner on backorder which is fine and i was given opportunity to cancel but will wait. Very nice repro sail panels. A nice but not orig style ebrake knob. Might use it. Better than plastic. The oil dipstick and tube was a chrome chinese knockoff. Def wont use that. The name Original Parts group made me assume an original style would be coming. Id just shop Jegs if i wanted a cheesy chrome one. Return policy makes it not worth returning. Don't love that. Would've been 5 stars if this part didn't come. Overall not dissatisfied except for that dipstick tube.

I recently purchased a 1960 Cadillac in very good condition. While opening the hood, the stainless trim that runs along the leading edge of the hood came off. It was held on by plastic clips that had little tension and several of them were broken and unusable. Where do I find the correct clips? Original Parts Group had the exact 1/2" clips that I needed and I was able to easily attach the trim and it is much more secure than when I bought the car and I have no concerns going forward. I also purchased some decals for the engine compartment that match the originals that were missing.

I am a long-time customer with Original Parts Group. Giving a 4-star rating because a filter was available, but wasn't updated automatically. Was about to cancel the filter order, but since I did get it for a discount, I did decide to keep it. I am glad an attempt was made. My other comment is a part that I ordered almost a year ago, and still have not received. Hopefully soon I will obtain it. I do enjoy the company, as well as been to the showroom a couple of times.

Original Parts Group is by far the most outstanding customer service classic car parts store. Everything you need is available there at great prices but this particular review is a shout out to the way they handled an item damaged in shipping by no fault of OPG, the item was wrapped tight, bubble wrapped and well boxed yet was crushed in shipping. No questions asked I got an immediate apology for something not their fault and another one promptly shipped at there expense not the shipping companies and they burdened the expense of the damaged item. 5 star customer service above and beyond

I like that OPGI has a paper catalog. This makes it much easier to locate the part. But it seems like often parts are on backorder, which pushes me to order from different places.

When it comes to parts comparison, there’s no lie that OPG is the parts for your ride when ordering parts at times may take a while to receive other than that. I highly suggest anybody doing a build purchase parts if not able to be found OPG is a way to go. Some of the parts shipping cost is kind of crazy though other than that thank you. Have a good day.
