I purchased the Oneida dust collection system, because it was the best value in the marketplace for my workshop. I had a mishap where the lid broke when the unit fell over and was pleasantly surprised that it was still under warranty and got immediate response and replacement from Oneida. This kind of customer service is rare. Well done, Oneida!

There was an item/part missing from the Dust Deputy 2. 5 Deluxe I had ordered. The problem was solved very quickly with no issues, which was greatly appreciated.

A day late on shipping.

Stupid expensive to ship me the filter, $100 to Pennsylvania?? Replacement filter is already pricey, but I like my system… so I’ll stay with the OEM. But the shipping is really an insult after I’ve already spent so much with you.

The Dust Deputy 2. 5 is an excellent product. Once I assembled it I Planed a 1 x 6 x 8 down to 3/8". There was no mess anywhere except in the can where it belongs. Great Job. Keep up the great work.

Having the 5 hp Dust Gorilla Pro SMART Boost now for several months, all I can say is "It's outperformed all expectations"!!!! Due to height restrictions, I have two 35 gal Dust Bins, when the Bin Level sensor goes off, I quickly change bins, and back to work. The Quick- Clamp Ducting, made set up a snap! Packaging and instructions for set up were straight forward and easy to understand. Thanks for a super product! Verl Scheibe

The Dust Deputy 2. 5 is a worthwhile upgrade, 2 years ago I created a vacuum system for my small shop - and it worked very well. I am now on ver. 2 of my small shop vac. System.

Love this machine! My shop is cleaner and more organized and hanging the system on the wall has saved a ton of floor space!! I only wish that it had a light on top to tell me when its running. . . with all the other tools running sometimes I cant tell if its on
