The product is great, but the service is poor. I had a custom ductwork design completed for my system. When the ductwork arrived, the 7” diameter ducts wouldn’t fit the 6” collector. Don’t they know their own products? I had to order the correct parts which they charged me for, and then only after I returned the wrong parts did I receive a refund. All this took several weeks. Fast forward to purchasing a stand for my system. After mounting the system to my wall, we found that the vibration to our room above was too much. This isn’t a system issue, but we decided to order a free standing support for our unit with a 35 gallon drum. After receiving the new stand, the instructions mentioned that I needed an extension kit if I also had a drum dolly. Great. Nowhere on the webpage for the stand does it mention that an extension is needed for a 35 gallon drum if you have a drum dolly. So then I had to wait again on UPS ground for a second order. When it arrived, the hardware package (nuts and bolts) was not in the package. So now I’m waiting on UPS ground a third time for a pretty simple order. Perhaps Oneida could have sprung for overnight shipping to correct their mistake with a bag of screws that fit in an envelope? Nope.

If anything it's TOO powerful for my shop. But it's definitely sucking up a LOT more of the dust AND it's much easier to clean and isn't leaking as much out (there's such good sealing all the way around. It's impressive!)

I'm in a small shop area so a got this Dust Deputy Low-Pro Deluxe Lid Separator Kit and it works great with my Bauer vacuum. I didn't lose any suction power while using it, and it separated just like it was designed. Since I have limited space the low-pro fits great in my shop. I would recommend this to anybody in the market for one

I bought a system v boost dust collector. It came with the free duct work design service. I knew nothing about duct design so I used it. It took many iterations to get the design close to what was needed. I figured that I needed everything in the design and not knowing that I didn't I just purchased what was recommended. Wound up with an awful lot of extra stuff. I know I can return it but what a hassle. The shipping and the 20% restock fee make it hard to justify the hassle.

Products are high quality and service is excellent. Everything was packed properly in the box it came in, helping to eliminate shipping damage.

Recently upgraded my 20+ year old Delta system with a V-3000. This is a very impressive system! While much quieter than my previous unit, it easily provides plenty of suction to each tool. At this point I'm still using my old, existing ductwork however, new size appropriate ducting is on the way. The shop is noticeably cleaner with the large HEPA filter, and already enjoying the convenience of the remote start and the infrared fill indicator. Mark was fantastic to work with and provided guidance through all the questions and details. After evaluating many other options, I'm very pleased with my decision to purchase the Oneida V-System. This was certainly the right choice.

Filter came on time an well protected.

It was easy to install the 'shaker' kit for our Gorilla Dust Collector system. It took about an hour and all of the parts were present. The nylock nuts for the 'original' install items were appreciated and needed as I could see the old ones rapidly getting loosened by the substantial vibrations.
