The machine works great but the manual was printed with "flip along short edge" while being portrait orientation which made it difficult to read. And one of the round black gaskets at the base of the separator was missing, so we had to DIY a solution. Other than those minor issues this is a quality machine and we are very excited to have a healthier shop with it.

Still works great after 22 years of use. Well worth the money!!

I've always considered Oneida products to be best in class, and I expect my recent purchase to continue that trend. But their fulfillment and logistics efforts leave something to be desired. My initial order took quite a long time to ship, and I had to pay a significant shipping fee--unusual these days. To top it off, two parts were missing, which created another two week delay. These problems will affect my purchase choices in the future.

For our Shop Sabre IS 510 CNC - we upgraded from 1. 75HP powermatic to 5HP dust gorilla pro after 3 years of lackluster dust collection. The difference is PHENOMENAL! First - such a small amount of fine dust makes it to the end stage fine filer its shocking! After about 6 55 gallon barrels full of dust, the fine filter had like 1/2 cup of particles in it. No need to clean it til we have filled dozens of full 55 gallon barrels. Assembly instructions are pretty darn good. The suction power from 1. 75 hp is like comparing a 1970 50cc honda fat tire trail bike to a 1,000 HP racing motorcycle. We wish we did this from day 1!!!! AWESOME!

I purchased a Oneida dust collector in November 2017 and recently had an issue with it. I emailed customer service on Saturday with photos and a description of the problem. Robert from customer service contacted me Monday morning, and by Monday afternoon the replacement parts were already on the way. That’s excellent customer service!
