Oneida Air Systems is great to deal with. I made a mistake in how I attached the rubber seal to the clear plastic top. I sent an email to them and they responded immediately. A new seal is on it's way to my home. This company knows what customer service is all about.

I recently purchased the dust air extractor and it' been a game changer in my shop. I no longer have to clean my vacuum filter weekly. What really sets them apart is their after-purchase customer service. They were responsive and very helpful with a problem I created. I highly recommend this company and product if you're looking to extract dust before it enters the vacuum.

The machine works great but the manual was printed with "flip along short edge" while being portrait orientation which made it difficult to read. And one of the round black gaskets at the base of the separator was missing, so we had to DIY a solution. Other than those minor issues this is a quality machine and we are very excited to have a healthier shop with it.

Still works great after 22 years of use. Well worth the money!!
