Great iron, heats up fast, steams beautifully, well worth the money.

Replacement was great. . . just concerned how many of these irons give out with the lift system. . . maybe a new design is in the drafting design committee

I was a little concerned that it stopped working after just a few months for a 200 hundred $ iron it should’ve laughed a lot longer longer than that however, with that being said return was easy and I got my new one

My warranty experience was pretty good. However, I was asked to repeat the same information several times. I think I had to submit the same photos 3 times during the process. My contact info 4 times. But I did get my replacement unit fine, thanks.
