My iron died and when I asked where to get it repaired, after troubleshooting and no luck, I was offered a new iron. The iron arrived quickly and was brand new, same color and style, and I’m very happy. Best customer service and shipping. Thanks so much for being responsive and accommodating. I found the online customer service a bit lacking and wished that I could have talked to a live person for help. As it was, for trouble shooting, I had to run back and forth between my iron from my computer. (And being a bit older, talking to a live person really does make a difference.
