When I damaged my iron I really didn’t think I would have any luck getting it replaced because the damage was my fault. Wow was I ever wrong. The people who helped me were so helpful in walking me through the replacement process so I now have another wonderful oliso iron. Costumer service is superb!!

Extremely quick delivery

Mini iron would not steam. Warranty still in place. Contacted customer service and promptly received suggestions to try but nothing worked. They replaced and I was very happy with quick response and positive service. Did not have to return defective iron. They had me cut the cord in two pieces and send pictures. Upon receipt they sent tracking number for replacement
