The young lady whom I spoke with was very helpful. Since warranty had wore out. She gave an discount to very much help out with a brand new iron. Shipping was so fast. Couldn't do with out my Oliso.

This little iron is a powerhouse! It heats up fast and hot, has excellent steam capabilities, and I love the blast of steam function. I am now using it exclusively; who needs a big iron anyway! Also, shipped fast :-)

So far so good. I bought these irons last month for bag making and am impressed at how quickly it attaches woven interfacing to fabric. Nice heavy weight and the added automatic lift is a nice feature. I had an oliso proplus 10 years ago and it leaked. This time I am using Brita filtered tap water to increase the longevity because I have hard water. Jury is still out, but so far so good.

Great company to do business with. I will definitely use Oliso for my future ironing needs. I initially purchase the smaller iron. It is good for small projects or beside the sewing machine. The larger iron is fantastic when pressing seams and working on projects.

The customer service was excellent in helping me with my questions . They were very fast at responding and replacing my iron.

I am so excited that they helped me with my issue and that even though the iron stopped after only a few months they replaced it without issue.
