The service department was very helpful when my iron broke

I was very happy with my initial purchase, however, the iron started to have problems with the steam function. It was easy to contact customer service and when we found that attempting to fix the problem didn’t work, immediately moved forward with a replacement and kept me notified about the delivery schedule. As a home sewist I appreciate a quality iron and customer service to support me.

I’m very pleased with the warranty service and replacement of my iron. I did feel, however, that I had to answer a lot of questions about the use of the iron which made the process a bit long and cumbersome. Thank you for standing behind your product.

I contacted Oliso customer support because I was looking for a place to test the iron out in person. According to the store locator, Jo-Ann was listed as virtually the only place to purchase in person. Unfortunately, Jo-Ann has been out of business for over a year at this point. The recommendation from customer service (which is through zendesk, so likely not even an Oliso employee), was to try Target. Target only stocks the irons online. When I reported that Target wouldn't meet my need, I was offered a discount on the iron. I did end up making the purchase, but the store locator still lists Jo-Ann as a viable shopping option. I did find the M3 at my local Michael's, but they aren't listed at all. In short, there is a gap between what customers are reporting to customer service and what is being fixed on the website. The iron itself is great (ProPlus) and I really like the felt ironing pads.

Customer service is great. The iron is a little disappointing because I have had to replace it twice now. I hope this one lasts. It is a lot of money to pay for an iron that stops working after a few months

My first reaction was really positive! Loved the look of the iron and boa cover. Iron works really well on various materials! My only minor annoyance is how quickly the legs come out once you let go. I wish there were a longer lag. Ty

This iiorn is a dream. I've never had an iron that steams as good as oliso. It's easy to use.
