I ordered two ProPlus rose irons at QuiltCon 2026. They were delivered very quickly and so far we really like them. The automatic lift feature is great! The shipping box was a little weak but the product box and packaging protected our irons well. One had some sticky residue on the plate but I was able to clean it fairly easily.

Love the iron and the customer service was outstanding!

I purchased my Oliso through Amazon and the unit did not power. up Oliso customer service walked me through troubleshooting and ultimately sent me mailing labels to exchange the item. My new Oliso is great! Lightweight and the light is a superb feature. Highly recommended.

I was very happy with your customer service. The new project iron that my daughter bought me was defective. Sadie helped me go through trouble shooting with the iron over the fun. Nothing worked so she arranged to have a new one sent to me and explained how to return the defective one. She was so helpful and the new one works!

EXCELLENT customer service!
