Extremely quick delivery

Mini iron would not steam. Warranty still in place. Contacted customer service and promptly received suggestions to try but nothing worked. They replaced and I was very happy with quick response and positive service. Did not have to return defective iron. They had me cut the cord in two pieces and send pictures. Upon receipt they sent tracking number for replacement

I needed to replace iron after six months of use. Process went smoothly. Customer service provided return shipping label for UPS return and new iron was received via UPS less than two weeks later. Great customer service.

Love these ironing board covers! Easy to put on and fit my board like a glove. Seem to last a bit longer than regular covers and so much prettier!

Didn’t appreciate having to jump through hoops and do crazy stuff to the iron only to have it have more problems than I started with. Legs didn’t work, after the first round, then the iron wouldn’t shut off, second round, now wouldn’t heat, FINALLY after round three, you gave me a replacement. I got it in four days😊 But what you put me through……ugh.

I wanted to use this tiny, cute and powerful iron a few times before I wrote this review. As a self taught tailor with more than 30 years of experience, I have used several professional irons and this one by far competes in every level with bigger and heavier pro irons that I owned! God's gift.

I love the idea of the mats and was so happy to have found them. I use the iron for the first time yesterday, which was on 13 January. At first, I thought there was something wrong with it because it was on standby but not getting hot. I didn't realize I had to press the button to actually turn it on. Once I figured that out, (and yes, I did read the instructions, but this wasn't really discussed), I really love it and I'm so glad I purchased it. Small and lightweight. Just perfect for my needs.
