Excellent customer service

Sarah was great to work with. She was responsive and to the point. She got what I was saying. My first iron ran smoothly over the fabrics and its only problem was the glitch in how it raised and lowered. The replacement iron isn’t as gliding smooth over the fabric, but it’s getting there. It also makes little crinkle sounds as the elements heat up and stay heated up. My first iron didn’t do that, so I’m watching it, but I love that he company stood behind their product and worked with me through that process. Thank you!

Oliso’s customer service is great - 100%. Not only did they replace my little iron, they sent me a travel bag in the box. I do use my little iron to teach when I travel so I love that little bag that protects my iron in my suitcase or carryon. Oliso’s products are phenomenal.
