My current mixer wasn't doing a stellar job of kneading my bread dough, so I decided to take a chance on the Artiste mixer in the hopes that I could actually achieve a windowpane. I was not disappointed!! This mixer is easy to use, easy to clean, and does an absolutely phenomenal job at mixing/kneading my bread dough! I couldn't be happier with it -- thanks so much!!!

I've only used it once since I bought it. With that being said, I will say it was easy to use, strong motor, and easy to clean. I look forward to using it more.

This is the Challah bread I made after receiving my mill. The fine flour that I was able to mill, made a big difference. This loaf was made with 100% hard wheat. Thanks Nutrimill!

The new slicer/ shredder design is awesome. It is much easier to assemble and use than the old design.

Haven’t tried the Bosch mixer yet but happy with what I received.

This turned out to be about a quarter of what I was planning to spend on a spiral mixer and a good set of sourdough tools. I am very impressed by the doughs I have produced.

I had a kitchenaid that worked great but wasn't good when it came to making bread. When I used the artiste, it was amazing! And it whipped up whip cream in seconds. I'm so happy with my purchase!
