Love using my Bosch Black Universal Plus with Stainless Steel Bowl. It makes mixing my sourdough loaves a breeze!!! It also is very easy clean up!

I ordered the bosh mixer and LOVE IT. . love that is it a bottom drive, open at top, easy to add ingredients. it's a work horse. I have made 3 batches of bread already with it.
