It came quickly, I got the text it was back in stock and I ordered right away thankfully because it sold out again shortly after.

So far so good! This is my first experience with a bottom motor mixer and I am very pleased.

Powerful and efficient. It only took 8-10 minutes of kneading for my dough to be ready for proofing.

Mixer was advertised as "Open Box". Received the box, all items still wrapped in plastic and unused. Mixer works great. Just bought the scraper accessory and will try that today. Hope it works as well as mixer has.

After using the canisters for a couple of weeks, you must be sure that the sealing surfaces of both the lid and canister are clean and free from any particles or crumbs. Otherwise, air will creep into the canister and it will not maintain an airtight seal.
