I really wanted to like this bowl for my Nutrimill Artiste, but ended up returning it because the cons outweigh the pros for me. Pros: material, easy to clean, not plastic, hook location Cons: locking mechanism, kneading capability and durability To further explain, this bowl does lock into place with the Artiste but since the connection is a bar instead of a cross, the lock does not constrain the bowl to be completely fixed as compared with the standard plastic bowl; hence the slight wobble. In addition, the center extrusion that sits at the bottom of the bowl has questionable life span. Since the top part of extrusion touches dough it requires hand washing, but since the bottom part of extrusion touches motor, it has a section with lubricant. Although the extrusion itself is maybe 2 inches long, in the attempts to hand wash it, we found it challenging to keep this lubricant from being washed away over time. Since we did not see a significant difference in kneading with the bottom hook (testing 2 fresh mill flour loafs), we opted to use the stainless steel dough hook.

Got my classic grain mill in and I’ve used it twice so far and I’ve made sandwich bread twice and some pancakes all delicious. Throughly enjoying my new experience in milling

I wanted to do a cleaning of my mill, and thought that maybe the liner had a tear in it. I didn't want to do the cleaning without having a new liner. It turns out the liner is fine. So, I didn't need the replacement kit, but it was necessary to have as a backup. I still very much enjoy using my mill.

Making bread with my Bosch Universal mixer has definitely made it easier. I’m so happy that I decided to get one. Not only did I get one, but I purchased one for my daughter-in-law as she has just begun to make bread. She has a large family and this size mixer is perfect for her. It was a good investment! My Impact mill was packed very well and unfortunately, it takes a little bit longer to get to Hawaii with USPS so there was a slight delay, but I am so delighted with their Service and Product!
