I’ve never made bread before and I’ve already made 4 perfect loaves, I would recommend this appliance 100%!

I have used (and mangled) two other silicone pastry mats. I thought they were good. BOY, was I ever wrong! I ordered this expecting the same as what I had used in the past. I had no idea that it would be so heavy and so amazing! I have used it five times now and I keep getting more and more impressed with the mat. It stays put. I use a very light spray of olive oil on the mat and my dough just releases like magic! I will NEVER go back to a plain silicone mat ever again! I don't think, barring damage I do to it accidentally, it will ever need to be replaced! If you are on the fence about this dough mat, just buy it! You will thank yourself over and over!

We’re a family of 6 so needless to say we eat a lot! We’ve been amazed and will never go back to store bought. It takes less than 10 minutes to mill 15 cups of berries and we’ve used hard white wheat, hard red wheat and einkorn so far and all have done great. We’ve made bread, waffles and pizza dough and every time has been incredible texture, flavor, and easy to do. So grateful to have our nutrimill!

NutriMill has great products and provides excellent customer service! I have the Bosch stainless steel mixer and a harvest grain mill. I am excited to buy more products from them as I am baking more for our family.

Well worth the money. It only takes a few minutes to process 7cups of raw wheat into a fine powder. I’m really happy how this machine works.

As a beginner, I was a little intimidated, but this mill made the process simple. I’m excited to keep experimenting with different grains and recipes. If you’re thinking about getting into home milling, I’d definitely recommend giving it a try!

I'm learning as I go. 1. Don't turn the machine off when there is still grain in the hopper. 2. If the machine slows down, adjust the grain size and then back again, to get it going again.

I have only used my NutriMill Artiste mixer once and my NutriMill Classic grain mill a few times, but so far I love them both. They seem to be well built and sturdy, as quiet as such machines are able to be, and they do the job beautifully. And while none of these kinds of machines are cheap, these are fairly and reasonably priced.
