Overall, I’m really happy and excited with my purchase. I feel like figuring out the fineness of the flour is a learning curve, but I’m getting there! Wish there were numbers on the wheel when I turn it, so I could remember how many clicks to go for certain recipes! I’ll get there :)

Truly the best purchase I have made. Fast shipping and I absolutely love my NutríMill Classic and Bosch mixer. This is my first time grinding my own flour and making bread with it. I have been a bread maker prior, yet using freshly milled flour is a game changer for us.

I was aware of grain mills for the last few years but didn't invest in one until my body could no longer handle refined flour. I opted to purchase a grain mill so I could have fresh milled flour when I needed it vs buying milled flour from small online farmers. After research I settled on the Harvest Grain Mill earlier this year but they were on back order so I signed up. In August I received notification that the mills were back in stock and ordered one. It arrived in less than a week and provided clear instructions to get me started. After prepping my mill by processing rice I was able to mill some soft white berries to make cookies. I had heard through YouTube videos that the taste would be different and the content providers were right. The brown butter pecan cookies I made were so delicious I had to give some to my family so I wouldn't eat them all. Overall very pleased with my purchase and plan on tackling a loaf of bread next

I have been grinding my own wghole wheat flour since the mid-80's. This mill grinds finer flour and is easier to use than my previous mills AND has a smaller foorprint on my shelf. It also grinds a HUGE variety of grains and dried legumes. Total win-win for me!

The cake and cookie beaters work great with the accompanied scraper system. The scraper apparatus is a bit stiff to start with, but each time it gets a bit easier to put on and take off. Worth the effort!

Great mill for milling grains and very easy to adjust the coarseness of your grain! Down side it is a bit more expensive than other similar mills.
