Amazing machine! I’m so happy with the outcome of my dough and enjoy making sourdough bread almost every day now. I’m not fighting with my KA machine anymore. This mixer stays secure in my counter with those awesome suction cups on the bottom of the machine. Makes wonderful dough. ❤️

Where has this machine been all my life. I had honestly never heard of it until at a cookie class I take the instructor who I know well said she has one and this and how amazing it is, if you can afford it. I have been so disappointed with my KA and how it never mixes the bottom of the bowl. I love to bake every weekend and decided I was buying this. First, I have never seen butter and sugar cream like that - it was so smooth ! Second the customer service is amazing. I bought the mixer on a Sunday and on Monday they announced a promo for father's days for buying a mixer and getting a gift with purchase. I called to ask that even though I bought it the day before could I still have the extra gift - the woman on the phone never even hesitated - of course we will send that right out to you! I received a follow up email too. Thank you Nutrimill!! I love my mixer and tell everyone about your company !

I was disappointed to see that my items were packed loosely in a box without a baggie. I bought extras because I wanted to replace them frequently since you’re not supposed to wash them (I’m a germophobe). It’s quite a bummer and I’ll probably hold off on future orders for now.

I have been making bread using my vitamin blender to grind my grains, one and a half cups at a time for years… I am so in love with this Nutri mill that words cannot describe it!! I have made so much bread lately and it is a breeze now to grind up 7 cups of grains into perfectly milled flour that bakes up the most beautiful breads, cookies, cupcakes and whatever baked goods you’re making. Nothing compares to whole grain and when you have a mill that is grinding it so perfectly, then your baked goods come out much more uniform and beautiful. I can’t say enough good things about this mill because it has changed my life. Also to note I ordered this and within that day had notification it was shipping and I had it within the week. It literally took a few few days to get here. It sounds like an airplane shutting down. It’s a beast! It is so incredible! Can’t believe I waited this long to buy it!

Calling this a mixer is a big understatement! It’s a mighty machine that does the best job ever on bread dough. The family gifted me first another brand (sounds like Band Aid) and I was super frustrated by the operation and the weight of the mixer. Back it went! This is the one I should have had from the start, because bagels, bread and cookie dough are my main uses for a heavy-duty mixer. It created the very best dough for both bagels and bread, absolutely no comparison to the conventional stand mixer. I was unaware of the blender option until after purchase, what a concept! Customer service was astoundingly helpful. Here is my favorite part: no complex speeds to choose. Simple, efficient pulse mode (or momentary) or speeds 1-4. Bam. That frankly is all you need. Also, the machine comes with an anti-flour-cloud prevention cover so mixing stays where it belongs, in the bowl, not in the air. Hands down, get the mixer.

So glad to have this part to make my mixer functional again!

Although my initial response is extreme disappointment to discover the mixig bowl is PLASTIC, a substance I've spent considerable time, effort and money getting away from, for such a high priced product - it did get good reviews from others so I'm hopeful. I am struggling to get past the PLASTIC! VERY, VERY DISAPPOINTED for the price paid :(
